I knew which vehicle I was interested in, she provided a contract via email with the pricing and financing costs the day before we came in to the dealership, as well as what forms and payment options. From there she had the car detailed and ready to go, and the paperwork was on the desk. From there it was just going through the forms. There was no price haggling nonsense, no pressure, as the price was good to contract. It was extremely refreshing and she was wonderfully polite, patient, and professional. Worst Car Buying Experience I have ever dealt with My girlfriend is 29, found and purchased the vehicle all on her own. This was a 13 Acura MDX with 58K miles on it. Chips on back bumper, rip in the le My girlfriend is 29, found and purchased the vehicle all on her own. This was a 13 Acura MDX with 58K miles on it. Chips on back bumper, rip in the leather seat all promised to be fixed. A week later we call, paint isn't even ordered, and they treated her like a stranger. A week later an emissions notice comes in the mail....Three days later it sounds like the front strut assembly is falling apart. Manager was left 3 voicemails, not one returned call. During the sales experience the sales rep admitted how new he was, how they were short staffed in sales and they basically pulled him off the service floor sweeping...This sales rep was so inexperienced my girlfriend spoke with over 10 employee's to get answers during the sales process. She dropped the car off for them to fix all of these issues while we went on vaca for over a week. Today she took off work, and they tell her it may be done by 2...they have had the car for over 1 week to fix a front wheel bearing which takes all of 3 hours. And this is Infiniti Greenwich...? We are at the point of calling a lawyer. When my girlfriend came back and was rightfully so upset, all the sales managers were so easy to hide behind their computers then try to usher her back to the service area so it didn't make them look bad. for how they REALLY treat customers. WOW. More
