Great customer service, happy customer I went to this dealership in May, spoke with Farid and he showed me the car I was interested in. We worked out numbers & he kept in touch with me whil I went to this dealership in May, spoke with Farid and he showed me the car I was interested in. We worked out numbers & he kept in touch with me while I was still checking out other cars/dealerships. Farid was patient, knowledgeable and really worked with me as far as getting the specific model/color/interior I wanted. Today I purchased my Q50 & everything was organized and smooth. He sat in the car with me reviewed the vehicle and took his time answering all of my questions. Luis the finance manager was great too! It was a really pleasant experience & I’ve purchased many luxury vehicles but their customer service/relations is really hard to beat. More

I was there for awhile and everyone in treated me like a friend... hey are you hungry theres snacks and beverages or we can order you lunch I mean absolutely excellent customer service from everyone... never felt uncomfortable and almost at home. CRAIG NOE the Business Manager who did all the paper work and numbers was also absolutely a professional... He let me know all my options for purchasing, warranties absolutely everything... I even had a question after I left from purchasing my vehicle and he took his time in explaining my concern and making me realize i had no concern...
