They only care about the sale, not the customer I purchased a car this year from a sales rep named Josh. I recently got my oil changed and the mechanic was very concerned about my tires. He said I have four different tires on an all wheel drive vehicle, which will lead to major transmission problems. The car should have never been sold to me with four different tires. I called the dealership multiple times and kept being told I would get a call back, which didn’t happen until I left a message for Ed Somoza (Ed Aguilar’s manager). After calling 5 days in a row. The sales rep’s manager Ed Aguilar finally called me back and said it’s legal for them to sell me any combination of tires as long as the tread is the same. He didn’t care that it will lead to transmission issues and didn’t offer any kind of reconciliation for the issue. Don’t buy your car from this dealership!!! They don’t care about the customer they only care about the sale. I’m sure they will have a generic response to this email with a phone number to call in, which is a joke because they don’t return phone calls. More
