Don’t Become Handicap In the fall of 2018 I signed a lease for a beautiful gray QX50. 2 months later I had a heart attack that made me handicapped. I can’t drive it anymore In the fall of 2018 I signed a lease for a beautiful gray QX50. 2 months later I had a heart attack that made me handicapped. I can’t drive it anymore. When I told Infinite of Greenwich they said there’s is nothing they could do because I didn’t sign the part of the contract that covers medical problems that make it impossible to drive. So now this beautiful QX50 is sitting in my garage until November That’s 2 years of payments that could have been used towards the pile of medical bills I now have. But don’t worry I still get notifications on when to change my tires and oil! I understand that it’s not in the contract but how many times does this happen? Infinite may be a good car but the dealership is heartless More

His follow up and communications were right on target and his response time was reasonable; sometimes instantaneous. We found a car we liked and purchased it within 24 hours. Delivery was conveniently made to the front door of my place of business on his day off. We had a snafu during inspection of the car (our fault, not his) and he was able to work with his management team to make good on our purchase and to assure we were 100% pleased with the service and the car.
