Came in to learn, left with a car! New to the car leasing world and also to the Infiniti brand, I called for an appointment with Brooke and came into the dealership only knowing that I New to the car leasing world and also to the Infiniti brand, I called for an appointment with Brooke and came into the dealership only knowing that I thought I liked the QX50, but wasn't totally planning to leave with a car. Brooke, worked with our schedule and when we came in warned us he was busy, but sat my husband and I down to explain the features and benefits of the car and never made us feel like anything else was going on other than our experience with him. Brooke actually had a model ready that suited everything I wanted upon learning more and worked with us to ensure that the price was something that was in my budget, which he asked in qualifying my needs. It was important to me that I was heard and Brooke did that, he listened. I didn't feel like I was being sold, but the experience was so pleasant, I didn't want to walk away and not take the car with me. He had my husband and I test drive this same model we leased as well and talked over some of the model features as discussed prior before we took it out for a drive. He sat on the phone to help me set up car insurance and stayed until the store closed to make sure we had every question answered. It was a pleasure to work with Brooke and overall, I loved my experience with Greenwich INFINITI and am excited to have my new 2020 Infiniti Essential 4 door AWD QX50. More

Dealer knew we were coming from a far distance so they made sure the vehicle was cleaned and ready when we got there. Salesman was very kind and accommodating. He made sure we had water when we came in. They worked with us on the price and the salesman even gave us his personal card to go get lunch while they recleaned the vehicle and topped it off with fuel. They even gave us a dealer plate to drive the car home because of complications with our insurance company not being open over the weekend. Very nice people and good to deal with. Also gave us a water for the drive home. A+ More

Brooke was very informative and friendly and not 'pushy' at all. We felt like he was genuinely interested in helping us find what we wanted at a price that worked for us. No pressure at all. Also, Craig was very helpful in explaining benefits of 'add on features' i.e. gap insurance and extended warranties etc. Again, all done in a way that was helpful and not at all pressing nor aggressive in trying to convince of something we didn't want or need. Our buying experience was terrific and we look forward to a long relationship and future purchases. More
