Worst salesman ever, had no knowledge of the car or financing options. Every word out of his mouth was “i’ll have to talk to my manager”. And as far as returning calls, forget about. This is my 2nd Infiniti purchase from Greenwich Infiniti and 3rd Infiniti in the last 10 years. I love my Infinitis!! I will say I was skeptical given the new ownership but they had what I wanted. I will sa and 3rd Infiniti in the last 10 years. I love my Infinitis!! I will say I was skeptical given the new ownership but they had what I wanted. I will say the sales service was amazing and quick. I was preapproved with Capitalone for a great rate and they were able to match it. Farid really did a great job with the sale. He was helpful, kind, and patient. He also went over all the new features of my new car that were different from my prior vehicle (which I still have by the way). My only complaint is you’re force to get the Darcars assurance. I can see the upside to it but don’t like you have no choice but to buy it when buying from Darcars. I would still highly recommend them. Great job Darcars Infiniti of Greenwich! More

Sad. I bought a used G37 from Greenwich a couple years ago and was satisfied. I returned to buy a used QX60, put a $500 deposit down (after agreeing to price and pick up date). On my salesman's day off, t ago and was satisfied. I returned to buy a used QX60, put a $500 deposit down (after agreeing to price and pick up date). On my salesman's day off, they sold it to someone else. Never bothered to tell me that they'd screw me and sell it out from under me if given the opportunity. More
