BUT....It all changed around when we walked in the door .From the very nice girl at the front desk as the receptionist to Luis Rodriguez who did our final paperwork for the purchase of our 2013 Dodge Durango. Our experience was a VERY pleasant one . When we got there we were greeted by Steve Wesley, a Sales Consultant who treated us like he knew us our whole lives. He put together the options we needed to get our vehicle purchased with knowledge and experience. They all worked very hard to make it possible for us to take it home that day, because we drove 2 hours to get there. Before we knew it Steve bought us lunch while we waiting. We appreciated that so much. That was never seen before in any of our experiences in the purchasing of a vehicle in 45 yrs of buying cars. Before the end of the day we had not just met a new salesman we had made a friend for life and that's better than anything. The Dodge Durango was everything that we were told it would be. Not one bit of Dealership Tactics that we experienced our yrs of buying cars. No Pressure or Voodoo Math or Bait and Switch all straight up HONESTY.
