I drove my wife's 2012 Honda into your service department at 8:15 p.m. on June 26th with a deflating rear tire to see if I could get the tire fixed. Your service coordinator told me that you only had one te at 8:15 p.m. on June 26th with a deflating rear tire to see if I could get the tire fixed. Your service coordinator told me that you only had one tech working and he was busy. He then offered to help me put the spare on after 9 p.m. when he got off work. I told him I would welcome any help I could get and would go ahead and try to swap tires in your service parking area in the mean time. I think he thought I might kill myself, so he went back to your tech who said he would do it. They pulled the deflating tire off and mounted the spare/emergency spare in about fifteen minutes. We brought the car back in the morning and replaced both rear tires, rotated tires front to back, and had the wheel alignment done. Your service coordinator, Mirwais Karimi was incredibly polite and helpful and your tech juggled his already busy day to get this done. And both got off at 9 p.m. We have always been treated well and professionally by your service department and have continued to depend on you to keep our Honda in great shape. Mirwais and the unknown service tech went well beyond our expectations though and reflect highly on the quality of personnel in your service department. More
