I called ahead to schedule an Oil Change appointment, I mention I had a coupon from Browns Honda (24.95), they said they will honor it. I arrived to the Dealer, They did not have my appointment, when I pre mention I had a coupon from Browns Honda (24.95), they said they will honor it. I arrived to the Dealer, They did not have my appointment, when I presented the coupon they didn’t accepted it. They still wanted me to accept the higher price (29.95). Talked to the service director, he said that the coupon price do not even pay for the oil, I can’t believe he will mention that to the customer. More
Be sure to look very carefully at their numbers after you agree to a deal. Remember, besides tax and registration, all their fees are negotiable. For example, DO NOT let them charge you PDI in any way sha agree to a deal. Remember, besides tax and registration, all their fees are negotiable. For example, DO NOT let them charge you PDI in any way shape or form. The manufacturer pays the dealer to prepare the car for delivery- this is CLEARLY marked on the manufacturer's Mulroney sticker by the MSRP price. This manager tried to charge us $695 for it; while there is no way we would pay it, I'm sure many have fallen for this trick. Also, look out for their other fees- Appearance Package. Ask them to tell you exactly what this consists of- I'm sure you'll be surprised to find out how little it really is. Look up the prices of these items yourself at the Parts Dept of any dealer, and you'll see just how much profit is built into these fees. More

Greg Robinson showed me the car, took test drive, was very professional, pleasant, and experienced sales person to deal with. After the test drive, we started talking numbers and I offered what I thought was a low price for the car. ( I am a very experienced negotiator and manager at a another franchised dealer). Suprise! After only a little back and forth they accepted my offer and I ended up buying a new 06 Civic on the spot. The negotiating was smooth, decisive, with only a little expected pressured. I have referred several people to this dealer and especially to Greg Robinson and would highly reccoment anyone in the market for a Honda to contact him. More
Purchased 06 Civic via web @ end of March. Arash contacted us promptly w/ pricing. We haggled a little but were able to get the car $75 above what we were willing to pay. My fiance had a flight g contacted us promptly w/ pricing. We haggled a little but were able to get the car $75 above what we were willing to pay. My fiance had a flight get in late, but Arash waited for us, along w/ mgr. We arrived probably around 11:30pm and I think we got out of the showroom around 1am. Would send anyone to Arash. Arash is amazing. (Oh Arash I hope I spelled your name correctly.) He really cares about the referrals and repeat business. Something that seems to be lacking in car sales these days. Also we weren't hard sold on extras like extended warranties or gap insurance. Ask if we wanted it, we said no and they moved on. See Arash tell him Algie and Angie sent you. He will remenber us arriving late in a cab. More
High pressure tactics. This is the kind of guy who gives used car salesman the bad rep they have. Dishonest, pushy, and unpleasant, when it became clear he was dealing with an educated consumer, he walked a used car salesman the bad rep they have. Dishonest, pushy, and unpleasant, when it became clear he was dealing with an educated consumer, he walked away from a sale. This dealer in general stacks contracts with all kinds of ridiculous and unfair fees and bills--I recommend reading edmunds.com or doing a google search for basic car buying advice before dealing with any dealer, but especially these guys. Definitely avoid Fairfax Honda, and Kazim Raza especially. More
I went in for Service on my 2004 Accord and was told that I'd be out in about an hour. I figured that I could waste the time looking at the new models. The showroom was pretty empty (of salesmen). Didn’t kno I'd be out in about an hour. I figured that I could waste the time looking at the new models. The showroom was pretty empty (of salesmen). Didn’t know that ever happened. That’s when a guy who worked in there internet department greeted me. He was hands down the nicest most knowledgeable salesmen I've ever met. He was extremely professional. I told him I was just in for service and I was just looking around. I wasn’t looking to waste anyone’s time. After all they do work on commission. Any way, to make a long story short he took the time to show me the Honda Pilot and ended up selling me the thing. No pressure at all. If you’re ever at Fairfax Honda you should, you need to ask for Brian. I wasn't even looking for a new car and found the best buying experience I've ever had. That is saying a lot since I've purchased twelve cars now. The rest of the staff was just amazing. Everything went super smooth and I can't quit smiling. More
I bought my 1998 HOnda Prelude from this dealer as a brand new car and my experience was okay. My sales person was named "Z" (should have worked for Nissan) and he was wonderful. However, upon bringing brand new car and my experience was okay. My sales person was named "Z" (should have worked for Nissan) and he was wonderful. However, upon bringing my vehicle in for service I have had not one positive experience. My first experience with poor service was when the lot porter didnt know how to drive a stick shift. My car was 4 parking spots from the service door, and I offered to go get it, but they insisted that a lot porter bring it to me. After two lot porters fought over my keys, the one who broke my key chain got in my car, over revved the engine, popped the clutch and peeled the car out, he did this twice before I finally removed him from the car. The biggest slap in the face was that I was in college at the time and applied for a lot porter position. The second bad experience was when I had just had $2500 worth of after market performance parts put on my car, and was going to the dealer to have an oil change. After the service rep told me it would only be an hour I decided to check out the new models upstairs, as I walked outside I heard the sound of a deep powerful exhaust coming up Main Street, I heard it peel wheels in 2nd gear and turn around to see my Prelude doing 80mphs up Main Street (a 35 mph zone). When I went to complain to the service rep, she told me I was out of line. I will never go back there, and discouraged anyone from buying a vehicle there and especially having it serviced there.
