I am 8 months pregnant, and they sold us a 1994 Honda Accord knowing that it needed brake pads and rotars, front and rear. This was readily (and eagerly) admitted when we returned 2 weeks later. The price was already about 1500++ too high ($4600 with body rust, obvious wear, and over 100K miles)and they wanted 1200 to fix this. The rudeness and condescending nature of David Perrin will NEVER be forgotten, and I will advise everyone I know to stay far away from this used car dealership. More
Sold me a used 1994 Accord that they say they inspected at the dealership. I bought the car and then had it inspected myself. I was informed that the car should not have passed inspection because it had at the dealership. I bought the car and then had it inspected myself. I was informed that the car should not have passed inspection because it had bad brake pads on the front and rear tires and that new rotors were needed on both the front and back. They sold me this car that I was buying for my wife who is 8 months pregnant. The brakes were moments away from failing. This could have seriously injured my wife and un-born child. BEWARE of this dealership. They fake inspections on cars that should not be sold in the first place. Also, the Director of sales, David Perrin was a complete #@% hole. I can't believe he can even sleep at night knowing how he lies, cheats and steals from innocent people like myself. To make matters worse, I went back 2 days later to pick-up my refund check(another story for another time) and the same car was back on the lot, with the same inspection sticker, for sale! I have filed a report with the Virginia State Police Inspection division. I have sent them all my documents along with a photograph of the inspection sticker. This is not the first time they have done this I was told. Maybe now something will be finally done to these horrible people. David Perrin; no words could describe this man. More

I have always had A-1 service here at Fairfax Honda, I bought my car here more than 4 years ago and the car still rides like the first time I drove it of the lot of this place. I purchased a 98 Honda Accord from Rosenthal fairfax honda. It was in excellent condition and runs great. I called around to several dealers in the tristate area and also visited my local ones, so I knew what price I was looking for. Before telling me the price was very possible, they checked with the owner to be sure that the price was at least very close to what he would agree to. The phone-quote for the new van was honored. We got to within $300 of my ideal price for my trade-in, which made me happy with the deal, since it's impossible to give a firm quote on a trade in over the phone. The best thing was the overall friendly attitude and helpfulness. The finance guy did not do any high pressure stuff, and was quick but thorough. We were in and out of the finance office within a half hour. This truely was an expectional experience at Fairfax Rosenthal honda. More
We have bought 2 cars from Rosenthal Fairfax Honda in the last 3 years. Each sale was a pleasant, no hassle experience. We have almost all of our service work done here, and have never felt less than satisfied at each visit. Usually, the service staff will take extra measures to insure that we are satisfied. Like washing the car, getting us a loaner car or making recommendations on other service. Most things are covered by the warrenty like the check engine light that came on 6 months ago. I have been working with the same service rider for 2 years now and have become to know him pretty well, he is a very ethical man and have never feel cheated by his recomadations. We have taken our car to this dealer for service out of necessity - it requires warranty repairs and this is the only dealer in close proximity. They have what seems to be a business practice of denying necessity - it requires warranty repairs and this is the only dealer in close proximity. They have what seems to be a business practice of denying obvious warranty repairs and instead charging bogus charges like "cleaning" - saying that the cleaning solves the problem. (It doesn't - the problem reoccurs within weeks). Or they'll charge a $200 diagnostic fee just to determine whether or not something should be covered under warranty. If the next closest dealer was not so inconveniently located, I would avoid this place at all costs. More
