Ali met us in the lot and was friendly without being pushy. We were not sure we were going to purchase from Rosenthal but after speaking with Ali, looking at the inventory, and taking a test drive, we decided to definitely buy an Accord - all because Ali was wonderful to work with. We returned on Sunday, confirmed a very competitive price on the car we selected and were quickly assisted in the purchase. Ali made the process easy and customer-service oriented rather than pushy - "I have to make a commission" - oriented. Our shopping experience was comfortable and we got a fantastic deal. More

Lived in the Fairfax area for the past 4 years and have always gone to Fairfax Honda for the care of my two Hondas. Only makes sense to go back to trade in on a certified pre-owned Honda. We were treated always gone to Fairfax Honda for the care of my two Hondas. Only makes sense to go back to trade in on a certified pre-owned Honda. We were treated well, got a decent price and left, after only a few hours, with a really nice Honda Pilot. Everyone was very easy to work with and they weren't pressuring us to buy. Another positive experience at a great full service dealership. More
Shopping for a vehicle has always been about as pleasant for me as dental surgery; I know the surgeon will smile to my face then invariably cause me pain despite the pleasantries. My family's recent experi for me as dental surgery; I know the surgeon will smile to my face then invariably cause me pain despite the pleasantries. My family's recent experience at Fairfax Honda with Will Weaver changed that view entirely! So long as our proverbial car surgeon is around we will keep returning to Fairfax Honda for all of our future car purchase. Will wasn't pushy at all. He explained the difference in several vehicle models to us, and did so patiently. He was pleasant without being fake, which from my experience is a rare salesperson trait. The best thing of all was each time we hesitated on an issue with our purchase he asked what the concern was, stated he understood, then found either the sales manager or repair shop personnel to answer our questions. Most salesmen would have tried to explain away our worries without giving us further information or going to the experts on the issue - not Will! We strongly recommend that anyone in search of a new or different vehicle contact Will Weaver at Fairfax Honda. He was honest, efficient, professional and made what is normally an exhausting and draining experience into something we look forward to repeating when we buy our next vehicle in a few years. More
Hello....I would like people considering Rosenthal Honda to hear about a GREAT experience. After a hit-&-run driver totaled the car I had purchased 3 months previously, I began searching online for a used to hear about a GREAT experience. After a hit-&-run driver totaled the car I had purchased 3 months previously, I began searching online for a used Honda CRV to pay cash for. My search led me to a '99 CRV @ Rosenthal Honda. I was a bit skeptical about buying a used vehicle that far from my home (in Baltimore), but the truck's spec.s & price were exactly what I was looking for. I called to inquire, and spoke with my salesman, Isaac, who was very friendly & personable, not pushy or condescending (as we all know, used car salesmen tend to be!). After a bit of back & forth, and speaking to the sales mgr., Dave, my offer (contingent upon a positive test-drive) was accepted, and I agreed to drive down to Fairfax. Isaac gave me detailed directions (which I left @ home), & called to check on me when I got lost. When I FINALLY found Rosenthal, it was about 3 p.m., but my CRV was ready to go. I did not have to wait; Isaac & I set off on a test drive as soon as I got there. Afterwards, Isaac offered me some time to think things over (NO PRESSURE!). When I accepted the terms, I was promptly walked over to the finance dept., where Jesse had my paperwork typed up & ready for signatures in about three minutes. There was a misunderstanding about the tax & titlework--Jesse had to make changes and reprint everything, which he did with a smile. All in all, I was at the dealership for about 45 minutes, total. Isaac even provided me with a FULL tank of gas, because I had such a long drive home....overall, this was one of my best car-buying experiences. Thank you, Isaac, for such a smooth & pleasant transaction. If you go to Rosenthal Honda, ask for ISAAC.....he's the BEST!!! More
Thank you, Tim, for going the extra mile for us. Tim Willis drove the Honda Odyssey to us, on the morning of an ice storm(!), to make sure we could see it. To top it off, he did this on his day off! I bought a new Crosstour 11 months ago and took the car home awaiting enhancements I had ordered. It took nearly 2 weeks for parts to come in. No one called me - no returned phone calls from service, etc home awaiting enhancements I had ordered. It took nearly 2 weeks for parts to come in. No one called me - no returned phone calls from service, etc. They were to have the car overnight and it turned out they had it nearly a week. They arranged for a rental which turned out to be the worst car I've ever driven. It was more of a beater than I had when in high school. I was told they would pay for the rental - but that didn't happen. I called Mr. Ortiz numerous times and he never ever returned my call. I haven't been back for service and doubt I will ever take the car back to this dealership for any reason. The sales person was extremely nice - and he is no longer with the dealership. He left a week or so after I bought the car. I am not from this area but had bought three other Honda vehicles. More
I went to the dealership several days before making my final decision/purchase. The visit was relatively brief but thorough in providing the information I needed to help with my decision-making. I had alr final decision/purchase. The visit was relatively brief but thorough in providing the information I needed to help with my decision-making. I had already looked at several other cars (new) from other dealerships prior to going to this particular dealership but was comfortable that I was not "pressured" or overwhelmed by "flashy and unnecessary" information. Several days later as I was making a final decisiion, Will and David did a great job in answering "direct" questions, assuring me of a quality product, dependable service commitment, and competitive pricing. I must add that Glester was wonderful in his "no-hassle" financial approach. More

I was in the market for a quality used car and had cash to pay for it. I was treated as a second class citizen at this dealership. It was by FAR the worst I visited in my search. I looked at privately ow to pay for it. I was treated as a second class citizen at this dealership. It was by FAR the worst I visited in my search. I looked at privately owned cars and a few dealerships and did a LOT of research on the cars I was interested in. I drove into Fairfax Honda on a whim as I was passing by on my way home from looking at a privately owned car and was immedialty greeted by Ricky. He was seemed friendly on first meeting and I thought I would give a big dealership a chance even though it was not my first choice for car buying. I told him my ideal used car mileage and price range and he proceeded to show me a few cars. I test drove 3 of them but was not familiar with any of the brands. I drove one Sonata that I was familiar with and it was in such bad shape I couldn't believe they were trying to sell it. I was first pressured by Ricky and then his sales manager to buy any one of these 3 cars that i had done no research on and was not convinced of the road readiness of. They finally let me leave after about 3 hours (although i had to ask for the keys to MY car back twice!) but told me to come back that night after doing some online research on the cars they were offering me to "seal the deal". At this point I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt still (not sure why in retrospect) so I went home and did a little research. I found a different car they were offering online close to my price range the next day and I asked about that one. I went to test drive it and it seemed to be in okay shape but there were a few things obviously wrong with the car that I would've wanted fixed before I spent my hard earned money on it. One of them being the fact that the headlight were so dim I could barely tell them were on. They kept telling me they were fine and that I would drive it home that night. Then they told be they would only give me $400 for my trade in and could barely take any money off the asking price. $400 is less than half the trade in value for my car in "fair" condition! They had previously told me they could give me $1200 for it on a different car. I do not have much experience with dealerships but this does not seem right to me. Also the trade in value of the car I was considering buying and the retail value were so far off from what they were essentially wanting me to pay. I walked out of the dealership that night not expecting to hear from them. They called me 5 min after I left and said they would try and make a deal the next day. They called and said there was nothing they could do on the price and I said that's fine thank you for your time. I then received a minimum of 1 call a day from Ricky for almost a week. He always called when I was at work and left a brief message. In the mean time I found a great car from a dealership that treated me like a human being and I gave them my hard earned cash. I finally got a call from Dave, Ricky's manager and I told him I had found a car and that I would like to have all my information they had destroyed. He told me he couldn't do that and then HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME. I will NEVER in my life recommend anyone going there for anything! not even to use the bathroom! More
