Purchased a Certified Honda Pilot and Roger was very helpful in assisting throughout the entire process. Made several trips to the dealership to look at Accords, CRVs and Pilots, and he didnt pressure helpful in assisting throughout the entire process. We simply made an inquiry on a newly-posted internet deal on a 2010 Odyssey. By luck of the draw, Jesse Colungua reached back out to us. We were clear from the beginning that we were not necessarily looking for a new van (we had a perfectly good 2008) but that we wanted to see the 2010 and possibly drive it. Four hours later, we drove it home. Jesse was very knowledgeable and not the least bit pushy. He listened to our concerns and needs, he took those to his management, and came back with a very fair deal that met our pricing needs on the new van and the trade in needs on the old one. And he did all this while helping us manage the three kids we had tagging along as well. He also helped us through the transfer process - we had equipment on the old van that had to be installed on the new one, and stayed in touch with us until every last little issue was resolved. I had went in three weeks before I purchased a car from Honda, requesting for a used Acura MDX. They didn't have any at the moment, but Will Weaver assured me that once they get one in, with low mileage an Honda, requesting for a used Acura MDX. Three weeks later, he called me informing me that a black on black MDX was traded into Honda and for me to come check it out. It was a great deal for the exact car I was searching for. The financial office was aware I was already approved for a loan but they worked with me to get me a loan with a lower interest rate.
