Syed was easy to work with and did a good job getting a missing headrest for my new used car from the previous owner. My only issue with the car I purchased involves the fact that I had to buy a new batter missing headrest for my new used car from the previous owner. My only issue with the car I purchased involves the fact that I had to buy a new battery for it less than 24 hours after driving it home. The battery in the car was so corroded it had obviously not been looked at by the service department at the dealership in spite of their assurance that the car had undergone a thorough inspection. The rest of the engine compartment was sparkling clean, so I'm not sure how this oversight occurred. I'm a little surprised that the dealership doesn't use a better system to ask customers for a review. Having the salesperson call me to request a review seems like a poor approach to the issue. Other dealerships I have purchased vehicles from in this area send out an email to the customer with a link to the survey. This takes the pressure off the salesperson and also makes it easier for the customer to rate the experience honestly. Other than these few issues I was very happy with my experience at Fairfax Imports, and neither of these issues have anything to do with my personal experience with Syed Hussain as a salesperson. More

Tim was super helpful. He gave us plenty of time and space to make a decision, and did not force us into anything. He was incredibly helpful without being pushy. We were very impressed. Also, when we came to pick up the car, it did not have floor mats, and we were going to have to wait until they came in with an order. Tim went out of his way to make sure that we had floor mats when we left with the car, and also worked it out so that we didn't have to come back to do emissions.
