I've owned 4 Honda autos, two of which were purchased from the Rosenthal Honda dealership, and I just purchased a new CRV from the same dealership. All of the Fairfax Honda employees that I came in conta from the Rosenthal Honda dealership, and I just purchased a new CRV from the same dealership. All of the Fairfax Honda employees that I came in contact with today were courteous and friendly, especially Chris Kraus. The financial aspects of the car sale were handled efficiently and competently and add-ons were discussed in an informative way without pressure. My overall experience with Rosenthal Fairfax Honda was positive and I believe the price that I payed for the CRV is relatively low. More

I was skeptical purchasing this car off of ebay at first but after doing some research Fairfax Honda seemed like a fairly big dealership. We went to this dealership after finding a Honda Odyssey on autotrader.com. We went there and knew what van we wanted due to the low mileage and also the cost. This was by far the easiest car I have ever purchased. Tim was amazing. I had actually put off purchasing anything at all, just because the process has in the past, been so daunting. Not pushy and overbearing as some salesmen I have used. He went above and beyond the normal job requirements in every way. He walked around the car, pointing out things I would not have considered on my own. I was impressed, and am now so very grateful. The entire Honda team from sales to service to finance made my experience wonderful. My car is just beautiful, and I will never go to any other dealership. Why 5s? For everything was a great experience for me and I was not pressured for the sale. For they had manners when dealing with me. They got me out of the door so quickly.
