Rosenthal Honda came through for us! They gave us an excellent trade-in amount for our old car, and the financing department got us a rate that got the monthly payment into what we could afford. All the way through the whole process, which ended up going fairly late in the evening, Jesse communicated our requirements to his manager and the financing department, working as our advocate to get us where we needed to be to drive away with a great car.
