We went Rosenthal Honda looking to replace our aging second car. We went in to look at used cars with a small downpayment and an amount in mind of what we could afford to pay per month. Rosenthal Honda came through for us! They gave us an excellent trade-in amount for our old car, and the financing department got us a rate that got the monthly payment into what we could afford. All the way through the whole process, which ended up going fairly late in the evening, Jesse communicated our requirements to his manager and the financing department, working as our advocate to get us where we needed to be to drive away with a great car.
