It was the first time I had bought a high end, high maintainence car, and with Tim's assistance throughout the process, it took the anxiety out of making such a big purchase for the first time. Tim has the right approach with the customer, relaxed, flexible, and easygoing, affording the customer a stress free environment that enables them to complete such a major purchase, as a car. I would definitely recommend Tim to anyone else making a car purchase and would use Tim to purchase my next car. Tim made what can be a not very fun experience, a very pleasurable one.
