Honestly, I was very skeptical going in because my previous experiences (admittedly several years ago) with dealerships in this chain were far less than positive. Suffice to say, Tim (and Dave Perrin, the used car sales manager along with Jose in finance) went a long way towards reversing my opinion and I left feeling like I got a great deal at a fair price and having been treated like a valued customer. This was a painless experience, which is just what I needed. My son had totalled his Honda and we needed a replacement quickly. Yesterday I had the best experience purchasing a new 2012 Honda! The Rosenthal Fairfax Honda dealership was amazing, one staff member in particular, Tim Willis, was spectacular! This was my first vehicle purchase and Tim Willis made the process simple and easy from beginning to end. I came in knowing exactly what I want, and Tim was able to accommodate me the best he could. Since I was a novice car purchaser, he was able to break things down for me so that I would not leave the dealership with questions. Tim was able to give me information/advise not only about the specs/price on the car, but about the interior, the technology, and all the in's and out's of what I should expect in the near and far future. He was able to educate me on payment options and financing options, before I was escorted to the finance department, which was also very helpful. He offered great advice ever step of the way, and that is why I will recommend him, and the dealership, to fellow friends and family. Overall a fantastic experience and I will be sure to return to Rosenthal Fairfax Honda for any future new/used purchase. More
I purchased a used Mercedes from this dealership, and the process was painless from start to finish. Tim was very friendly and helpful, and willing to work with my budget. Beyond this, they promised to (and followed through on this promise) to fix a few small things and everything is now in perfect shape. When we got to the point of financing, Tim was willing and able to help us through the process - and actually had us sit down with teh Finance manager, who happily took time out of his busy day to walk us through our options and the process. Not ONLY did they work with us on the price, but they actaully found us the BEST loan rate through the MOST reputable bank out of all the dealerships we went to before them. I would absolutely recommend this dealer to any one of my friends or family - the sales process was pleasant, tehy were not pushy, and were very accomodating. As many of you know (and as I discovered myself) buying a car can be stressful and intimidating...this dealer was the first dealr out of MANY that I looked at that I found non-threatening, welcoming, and willing to work with me in a kind and patient manner. What is more, I bought from out of state (Maryland, on the other side of DC) and tehy were helpful in getting me my plates, and even overnight express mailed them once they received my Maryland inspection certificate. Truly a pleasure working with them...which can be rare in teh world of car sales. Top notch dealership!! More

My customer service experience from the entry into the service garage until the moment I left was excellent. Kendall Jackson (service adviser) assisted me with my service on my 2009 Civic. He explained to me some of the suggested repairs and concerns from the repair man. Due to the fact that my lease was up soon; I declined the other services. I requested to meet with a salesman as I just wanted to test drive the 2012 Civic. I met with Eugene Brown (new car salesman), who assisted me with test driving the new Civic and also discussed the new features on the vehicle. Mr. Brown with the assistance of Jason Lee (new car sales/financing matters) ran the numbers related to my car and the possibility of a new lease. Mr. Brown and Mr. Lee looked at my situation carefully and presented me with my options. Keep in mind it was my desire to remain within the same price range as my existing lease payment. All the gentlemen were very helpful, provided EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE from start to finish and valued my desires regarding payment etc.. I would highly recommend Rosenthal Fairfax Honda, be sure to ask for Kendall Jackson, Eugene Brown and Jason Lee; you will not be disappointed. Also, thanks to Lester Johnson (financing) for sealing the deal this past Monday! You all have acquired a new out of state customer. This one the best overall sales experiences that I have had in my over 10 years as a Honda customer. Keep up the GREAT WORK, customer service goes a long way in obtaining and keeping satisfied customers!!! More
I had my car serviced here on 07/09/2011, few things I wanted to point out , first of all the express oil service took an hour, I don't know what is the meaning of express? In this service 2ndly, I don't like the way Honda pushed it's different mileage services, I had 61k miles on my car & the associate Kendal Jackson insisted on taking this service for $500, he even refused to turn off the maintenance req'd light even though I was there for oil change I am fully aware that a car requires regular maintenance, however I usually break different services over the period of time to keep them under budget. The overall service experience was not good this time, the representative was rude don't really want to understand any thing but what is appearing on his computer screen I.e. 60k miles service! More

Tim saved me hours of time with his knowledge of the vehicle as well as the purchasing process. I am grateful to Dealerrater.com because after speaking with Tim on the phone, I found all of the excellent ratings he and his dealership received on this website. Tim gave me his cell phone number and email address so that we could text, call and email to quickly exchange necessary information or questions. Our purchase involved a third party donating the vehicle to our small family housing program. Tim figured out a way to do all necessary paperwork quickly and efficiently. He made it as easy as possible for the donors to buy the van without donating hours of additional time in the process. Tim and Jose were kind and friendly to me and all the parties involved in this donation. They were patient with everyone involved as we navigated the slightly complex process. Tim even gave us a generous trade in for our 11 year old Chevy van in spite of the fact that our mechanic said we would be lucky if they took it for free. Tim went online and help me to make my appointment for the DMV inspection. He let me know that we were eligible for a refund for our old vehicles registration when I turned our old license plates. I had an excellent experience with Tim, Jose and Rosenthal Honda. We were able to purchase a top notch vehicle, and it was easy because of the experience and professionalism of Tim, Jose and the Fairfax Honda folks! More
