I was looking for a car with my wife and started visiting a lot of dealership in the aria. I went in looking for a used Honda. While I paid slightly higher than the price from a private seller, I think the cost was well worth it; the car had been recently serviced and checked over. When a window problem was discovered they split the repair cost with me. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the purchase. I've had the car for a month now... so far, so good. A good establishment, with friendly staff -- I'd recommend others to look for a car there also. More
I called to make an appointment for OIL CHANGE for early saturday morning, I said I will drop it off on friday as it is on my way home. I received an email confirming the appointment at 6:45AM Saturday with saturday morning, I said I will drop it off on friday as it is on my way home. I received an email confirming the appointment at 6:45AM Saturday with the technicial name and all. I kept the appointment, dropped my car off on Friday 28, followed up with a call on Saturday 29 at 8:15 insisting that I would need my car by noon. I was told to check back at 11:00. I called again at 11:00, again informing the service department that I would need my car back by noon and was promised that the service advisor ( Kendall Jackson ) would call me back in 5 minutes to let me know the status of the car. At noon, I didn't receive any call back and I needed the car so I came to get the car back. The service shop was not busy at the time, another service advisor even offered me to get express service, but as I said before I needed the car back at noon because I had a meeting to attend. I explicitely called in to make an appointment for that day, even followed up with several phone calls expressing that I needed my car by noon for an OIL CHANGE SERVICE which should not last more that half an hour. The service advisor did not respect the customer enough to call back to let me know if the service is done or not. More

I got the car that I wanted based on the website description of the car and the price was as advertised. There was no extra key (only the master key) and the salesperson said he would follow up with that, I really feel they are AVOIDING me as the car is sold and has left the dealership. More
