New what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. They would not tell me - and this is on a NEW car). I sent a note to Rosenthal; Alex replied quickly. Thats same day, after couple calls and emails, we had a deal. Alex got before 5 a.m., drove to my home in Perry Hall MD, picked me up, took me to Fairfax. No surprises. Car was ready, prepped, as promised. I wanted a quick turnaround, and he again delivered. I was home by noon. Alex has been in the game for 4 months - and he's the best I ever worked with. His "brand" is managing expectations, being totally honest, and doing everything he says. He also works like a bulldog. Anybody in the Baltimore area in the market for a Honda? Save some headaches and a few dollars - hook up with Alex. More

Mr. Colunga was honest and straight-forward. There was no pressure sales tactic and the staff was highly motivated to get me the exact car I was looking for and more importantly at the price I could affor no pressure sales tactic and the staff was highly motivated to get me the exact car I was looking for and more importantly at the price I could afford. I went to Fairfax Honda to purchase my Civic. Ryan was extremely helpful. I told him what car I wanted and what model and he pulled up their available inventory. We took the car for a test drive around the block. He was very knowledgeable with the features of the civic, as well as what the different models had to offer. Upon re-arrival at the dealership, we talked for a little about price and easily came to an agreement. I raised concerns about the color asking to see what else they had in stock, just in case. He highly recommended the Atomic Blue color. He brought me out to show me one and I instantly fell in love! So after a quick color switch, he had the paperwork drafted and the car in cleanup before I had even been called to Finance. After a quick trip to finance, my car was cleaned and ready for plates. He took some time to go over the manuals and answer any questions I had. Ryan was a great salesman that was incredibly easy to work with. I highly recommend anyone who wants to purchase a vehicle from Fairfax Honda to ask for him. He really cares about the customer and is willing to try whatever it takes to get the best deal for you. As a single woman in need of a new car, I dreaded the car buying experience, I was anxious and not excited for it. But Ryan made it a very painless one, he was extremely helpful and I highly recommend him to any women who feels the same way I did about buying a car before working with Ryan. More

The dealership had a good selection of vehicles, several of which we were very interested in, and one in particular that was exactly what we were looking for save a few things we were hoping they would take of which we were very interested in, and one in particular that was exactly what we were looking for save a few things we were hoping they would take care of for us. Everything was going fine until the salesman went in to get his business card for us. When he returned with Dave Perrin in tow, all courtesy and respect evaporated. Dave was pushy and rude, took no time to understand what we were looking for or any hesitations we had, was presumptuous and condescending, and instantly soured the entire experience. In a matter of seconds, the entire transaction unravelled and we walked off angry and frustrated. Had Dave stayed indoors, his salesman would have closed on this sale before dusk. If there's any way you can keep Dave out of the picture, you'll have a much more pleasant experience and may actually be treated as though your business is appreciated. More
