She remembered the details of my initial phone call and arranged for CHRISTOPHER PUGH, sales and leasing consultant, to help me learn the navigation and hands-free systems systems on my car. Chris was wonderful and patient, and had me practice until I had mastered the details. Both Jenny and Christopher are exemplary employees and was generally impresssed with the staff, the shuttle service, and the general atmosphere. I purchased my first car here. Sam my sales person was full of knowledge about the different models of Accord. They made the whole process comfortable and answered every one of my questions fully. I didn't feel overwhelmed or even as a woman taken. I researched carefully the price for my vehicle I wanted and found they offered the best deal in price and finance rate for the DC metro area. I have since had 3 oil changes in there service department and currently use Keith Derrickson as my advisor. He is awesome and I would highly recommend him! He is complete, follows up after I leave to concerns I have raised during my visits. I would highly recommend this dealership both in sales and service to anyone looking for a great deal, or having your vehicle serviced with a worry free feeling. I have also purchased accessories for my Accord from the parts department, and they seem to have a great inventory of parts and accessories. If they don't have it in stock Jim the parts manager and his staff goes above and beyond to locate the part fast where you can get it the same day or the next day if you need it in a rush. More

I took delivery of a 2005 Ford Thunderbird 50th Anniversary Special Edition vehicle from this dealership on 11/03/2012. It had been advertised on the internet and I realized the unusual opportunit Anniversary Special Edition vehicle from this dealership on 11/03/2012. It had been advertised on the internet and I realized the unusual opportunity to actually own one of these vehicles as only 1500 were ever made by Ford Motor Co. The following morning after sending an e-mail expressing interest I called the dealership. Ricky Teel-Clemons was assigned to assist me. He told me there had been interest in the vehicle already by more than one potential customer. I was advised if I wanted the car to get there that day even though I lived approximately 118 miles away. We agreed to a price on the phone and he said he would hold the car for me until I arrived once I said I was on the way. Upon arrival, I discovered the car was everything I had hoped for with less than 24000 miles on the odometer. There were a few things still needed in order for me to be happy with the deal. The removable hardtop was never picked up from the seller and the vehicle manual was missing. Mr. Teel-Clemons was great in seeing to it these things were provided to me as a part of the deal. A little more than a week passed until I was able to actually get back to Fairfax and make full payment for the vehicle. During that time Mr. Teel-Clemons kept me advised of what was going on concerning the progress of my car. He made sure it was clean and the engine was detailed by the time I arrived and that the hardtop had been installed. It also had a fresh inspection sticker and a full tank of 93 octane gasoline. I was satisfied with the way I had been treated and took the vehicle on that 118 mile trip home. Exactly eight days after owning the car I realized the A/C was not blowing cold. This was the first day since I had owned the car it was warm enough to actually use the A/C. I called the dealership and spoke to Ivan, Used Car Sales Manager. We made arrangements to bring the car back the following Tuesday. I then took it to a local Ford dealer in my area and for the price of $190.00 the problem was diagnosed as a leaking condenser. The total estimate to repair the A/C including the $190.00 was $743.00. I talked to Mr. Teel-Clemons and faxed him the paperwork outlining the estimate for repair. He was encouraging from the beginning of this problem and handled it on his end. After a few days I received a phone call from Dave Perrin, Used Car Director/Manager offering to make payment for the rest of the repair. Since the solution did not require me to bring the car back to Fairfax Honda, I was appreciative. I do not believe the dealership was legally obligated to pay any part of the repair as the limited warranty I got did not mention A/C repair. They did so in an effort to provide good customer satisfaction. This is an example of a deal that did not go as expected on either the seller or the buyer's part. In my opinion the dealership did the right thing. For that I am appreciative and now have a repaired A/C and a beautiful automobile to enjoy. I would recommend this dealership because of the honest, straight forward approach Mr. Teel-Clemons took with me and his follow-up with the unexpected A/C problem. I found Mr. Teel-Clemons to be a man of his word and he delivered what he promised. More

We had a good experience at Fairfax Honda. We spotted a vehicle online and then made an appointment online. John called the next day and the Honda Pilot was ready for us to test drive. John was available and ready to answer any questions and did not pressure us with a strong sales pitch. We had already narrowed down our choice of used vehicle and Fairfax Honda happened to have one when we needed it. The paperwork took much longer than expected, but that is probably the norm for dealerships, we haven't bought a car in several years. We appreciate John's quiet manner and thoughtfulness of our children as they had to wait. We wanted a luggage rack installed and Fairfax Honda was able to have the work done and the vehicle was ready in less than a week. We have been very pleased with the Pilot and found it very comfortable and reliable on a recent road trip. More
Joey is a new sales associate with a great attitude. He doesn't pretend to know answers when he doesn't and seeks out more experienced people to get the correct information. He understands the psychology of the auto sales cycle and does a great job of educating the buyer and balancing both the dealership and customer best interests. Give him the space and patience to work with you and he will do good things. His manager Dave Dragelin gave us and Joey the time and space we needed to get a deal done. They explained certain options to us that we were not inclined initially to fuss with but ended up buying when we considered everything and the pricing seemed very reasonable. The finance manager [Gino] was extremely helpful and ended up saving us some additional money. In the end this was probably the best car buying experience I have ever had. I must add that my wife and I had done our research and narrowed the selection of vehicles we were interested in and test drove different models over 2 days. Joey followed up with phone calls but was not intrusive or bothersome. He continues to be helpful post-sales. Anyone interested in buying a 2013 Honda needs to give Joey and Fairfax Honda a shot at your business. More
