I could not recommend this dealership any higher. I was traveling up the east coast and had just entered Virginia when the check engine light came on in my car. I stopped in Fairfax at my sister's house an traveling up the east coast and had just entered Virginia when the check engine light came on in my car. I stopped in Fairfax at my sister's house and this dealership was recommended by my nephew. It was the first of the month and the place was crazy. The service person said he would fit my car in somewhere so I left it. That was about noon and later that afternoon he called to let me know they were not done yet and would it be ok to keep till the next day. The next morning I got a call at 8:30 a.m. they were done with the car and had test driven it and I could pick it up anytime. It turned out to be a warranty issue. They wiped away my worry and I was sent on my way. The fact they took the time to be in touch was great. If I lived in that area I would be a customer of theirs no doubt. Thanks so much to Julio Cepeda for his care. More
I would recommend this dealership to everyone. As soon as I pulled up to the Fairfax Dealership there was a person there to direct and help me. Before getting there, I had talked to Carlos Cordova, the Sales Consultant, and he had the car I was interested in ready for me to look at. He was very friendly and helpful. He answered all of my questions and was knowledgeable about the car I bought. I felt like I could trust him and I appreciated that he wasn't pushy at all. I had just been to a dealership that wasn't very clean and the salesman was going to try to charge me for mats that were missing from the car that I was interested in buying. The Fairfax Dealership was very clean, the people were very friendly, and Carlos Cordova was the perfect Sales Consultant. He even wanted to take a picture of me in front of my new car so that he could send it to me later. He was such a nice guy. Again, I would recommend this place to everyone. More

We Honda. Best car buying experience ever! Jesse was polite and professional at all times. He took the time to find the perfect car for our family. We never felt rushed or under any pressure to buy a car we were not 100% satisfied with. Jesse knowledge was invaluable, he answered all of our questions as helped us come to a decision that met all of our needs. His honest and dependability set him apart from other dealers we talked with. I think our next car will be a Honda also. Thanks Jesse More
My experiece at this Fairfax Honda dealership was one of the greatest car buying experiences ever. I went on a website to contact dealers who were selling the type of car I was looking for. Several dealer the greatest car buying experiences ever. I went on a website to contact dealers who were selling the type of car I was looking for. Several dealers called me back but I got a great vibe, energy and a sense of honesty from Bak Safarov at the Fairfax Honda dealership. So I went to the to check out the car and found that is was exactly what I was looking for. He helped me negotiate the price I wanted to pay. Bak was very professional, kind and willing to work for and with me. I will recommend Bak Safarov to anyone I know in the market of looking for a car. More
None of the other dozen or so dealers I had negotiated with could touch the deal. One sweltering summer day last year, the door locks on my Accord wouldn't unlock either with the remote control or the key. Fairfax Honda installed a new part, which solved the problem—although the interior Accord wouldn't unlock either with the remote control or the key. Fairfax Honda installed a new part, which solved the problem—although the interior door release still didn't feel quite right. But recently, on an even hotter day than last year (the temperature triggered this problem), the locks refused to let me into the vehicle. I assumed this repair would be covered by the 12-month warranty the dealership offers. Their diagnosis of the problem, however, indicated that a new locking mechanism needed to be installed. Their diagnosis last year was that a different part needed to be replaced—so they told me the locking mechanism would cost $$468 (+tax), and would not be covered by the warranty. When I challenged this decision, Kendall Jackson immediately offered me a 15% discount, which I appreciated. I called the America Honda Company, told them my story and asked for their help. They worked with the dealership to find the best way to resolve this matter. When I went to Rosenthal Honda today to pick up my car, the bill had been slashed by over 50%. I regard this as a fair and generous settlement, and am most grateful to the Honda Company, but also to the dealership, for acting in a way that builds customer loyalty. BTW, the door locks are performing perfectly. More
In the market for a Honda Civic LX , I got an internet quote. Got to the dealership. Saw the different colors. Did not test drive as I was in a rush. Salesman went to the manager to get me and OTD price. quote. Got to the dealership. Saw the different colors. Did not test drive as I was in a rush. Salesman went to the manager to get me and OTD price. This new price was somehow much higher than what was e-mailed. When asked, he told me I should have read the fine print in the e-mail which included the military and college grad discount. This sounded more like a standard operating procedure. Only good thing was that it all took not more than 15 minutes. More
One morning I attempted to go to work and my car wouldn't start. I initially thought it was a dead battery. After figuring out that it wasn't the battery, that left the starter or ignition switch. wouldn't start. I initially thought it was a dead battery. After figuring out that it wasn't the battery, that left the starter or ignition switch. I had to have the car towed. While waiting for the tow truck, I called around to several dealerships and finally settled on Fairfax Honda based on several things: customer ratings on various websites; best estimate of all the dealers and auto repair shops I called and willingness to get me in and out the same day to minimize my downtime. Kenny and Oscar couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. I had recently had minor work done at another dealer that mentioned there was a recall issue with my car, but they didn't have time to fix it. Kenny made sure that Fairfax would not let the car leave without fixing the issue. Also, one of my map lights hadn't worked in years. Another dealership tried to fix the light and couldn't. I didn't even mention the issue, but Kenny noticed that as well and had the technician look at it. I got my starter replaced, recall issue fixed and my map light now works... and everything was fixed in less time than they estimated and came in under the estimated cost. You can't beat that. I will definitely be back to Fairfax Honda, even though it's out of my way and I'll be asking for Kenny. You have a customer for life. Keep up the great work. If you want great customer service, great facilities while you wait and great technical work, I HIGHLY recommend Fairfax Honda and Kenny. More
I purchased a 2013 Honda Crosstour On May 13, 2013 my buying experience was probably one of the most pleasant I have had in years. The sales representative, Prisque Domitille was wonderful to work with d buying experience was probably one of the most pleasant I have had in years. The sales representative, Prisque Domitille was wonderful to work with during the buying process. She listened to what I had to say and didn't pressure me or make me feel uncomfortable at any point of the process. We discussed price and i was able to get a price that I felt was fair without going thru tense negotiation. I had spent 3 hours at a dealer the day before and eventually walked out because of the way they tried to force a price on me which i felt was not fair. (They called back the next day with a better ofer but I told them they had their chance) I also dealt with Dave Dragelin, manager, who helped finalize the purchase. He was a real gentleman and also a pleasure to deal with even when I created a delay in the middle of the purchase because I was meeting friends for lunch. They both did every thing possible to expidite the process and kept checking on me too make sure all was okay. When the car was brought to me after final preperation, Prisque did an excellent job explaining the different features of the car. Because of the way I was treated a week later I stopped at the dealership to say hello to Prisque and Dave. More
Sophia Reid is incredibly friendly and very customer-service oriented. Even after I drove off the lot with my car she continued to help me with questions.
