Very friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, courteous Matt and Kenny were so knowledgeable, caring, friendly, respectful, courteous, 'non-pushing' type sales folks that I enjoyed dealing with. Both were so patient to answer all the questions to the last detail. Did not use any high-power sales tactics. Understood all the issues that we came across and found a good solution for each one of them. They went really really out of the way to get the exact car I wanted from another dealership - without any change in the price I had negotiated. I had done so much of home-work before going there, so I could figure out that they were talking to me honestly when we were negotiating. Agreed to the price-match with no issues and gave me a deal overall much better than what I had expected. More

Mr. Matthew Barthold was very knowledgeable about the car and the electronics. He was polite, professional and throughout the car-buying process. Mr. Kyle Nam was very helpful in the loan department and expedited the loan process very efficiently. I was very pleased that the entire car buying process, it took only 2 hours, great job to both of you. I would highly recommend this dealership. More

I am not often impressed with car dealerships, but want to RAVE about this one. Both Matt Barthold and Kenny Smith went above and beyond my expectations regarding customer service. So honest and up front, no gimmicks. Glester in Finance was fantastic, too. I will send any and everyone I know to get a car here. PHENOMENAL experience....never thought I would say that about buying a new car. Thank you, Fairfax Honda, for one of the best car buying experiences EVEr!!!!!! More

I had visited a sister Honda dealership which is within a two mi I just purchased a CPO Honda Accord from Fairfax Honda and it was a good experience. I had visited a sister Honda dealership which is within a two mile radius of where I live and work, but was turned off by the "high pressure" atmosphere. I found a more professional atmosphere/culture at Fairfax Honda. My saleman, Aladdin Faruque was professional and good to work with. I also was impressed with Ryan Canute, Financial Services Manager. He was also very professional and gave me excellent service. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More

Don't EVER BUY A CAR FROM ABD I hope everyone reads this before coming here. WORST CAR DEALERSHIP EVER! -FLAT OUT- Don't need to say more but I will. Don't EVER BUY A CAR FROM ABDUL. I understand everyone wants to make $$ but when someone starts the negotiations off with I won't take any offers to my manager. You already know this is going no where. I offered $18,000 for a used car at this dealership and the sales guy kept saying no. I called them back to see what was going on with the car and they said they sold it for $18,000 to someone else. I don't know why they didn't want to sell the car to me? They wanted to rip me off? I'm not sure why they sold it to someone else for the same amount I offered first. If this is their way of doing business great I'm never coming back.I talked to the manager and he was the one who told me they sold the car for $18k to someone else not the sales guy of course. I was looking to buy 2 cars too which I guess I saved myself time and money will never be back and I hope you don't come either. More
After contacting and visiting numerous used car dealerships in the DMV and beyond, I finally found a great dealer, especially my salesperson, Abdul. I spent two weeks talking and test driving Hond dealerships in the DMV and beyond, I finally found a great dealer, especially my salesperson, Abdul. I spent two weeks talking and test driving Honda Odysseys from CarMax to Koons to small dinky dealers. My search for the best deal and great experience was quite the ordeal. I had anything from obnoxious and pushy to absent-minded and lethargic salespersons. I have bought new (they supply you with H20, or sodas), and I have dealt with individual sellers (not bad) before and my overall experience with the used car dealerships was awful, but again, Fairfax Honda (used side), was a pleasant and refreshing surprise. After narrowing my search down to several dealers, I pitted them against each other. I didn't like the feel of one seller, but their vehicle was well-priced. The other, was over 150 miles away, their car looked good, but the price was a tad high, and they didn't want to budge. Yet another one, was close to our home, the car was so-so, but they didn't want to give me much for my trade-in, even though I wanted to give my local seller my business. Finally, one last search on the 'ol Internet, I came upon Fairfax Honda. I sent them an email. Abdul quickly replied (and without many grammatical or spelling mistakes, like the custom of the other sellers at other dealerships). I told him when I would be there (the same day as my email inquiry) and to have both of the priced-decently vehicles ready to go, since I had another appointment across town. When I arrived, I met up with Abdul, he was able answer my questions, we took a test drive and then we sat down to talk business. He respected everything I said. The vehicle was in better shape than the other dealerships that I visited (except for maybe CarMax). He had one of the guys inspect and quote me on my trade-in. It came in low. Then, I gave him my CarMax quote. He went to David, the sales manager. Came back. And matched it. Then it came down the price of the used Odyssey. They had an actual price, then the online price. I thought, "Well, this is it. No more negotiations." I told him that Koons had given me an offer, and I gave him the sheet and he again took it to David. He came back shortly thereafter with, "You can choose which Odyssey you want." I was amazed! After I spoke with my wife, we decided to go with Fairfax Honda. More
Kendall Jackson is a former salesman now working as the assistant manager in the service department. He says he will take 15% off this, 10% off that, but it's all a con to make you think you are actually g assistant manager in the service department. Truth is, he gives this "discount" to everyone and it's not even a discount at all. It's the regular price!! I left my car at the dealership for a timing belt replacement and he calls me later in the day and said there was an internal leak and now the oil pump seal needs to be replaced. I found out later this is a common trick to make more money off customers like me who don't know any better. So this con artist gets me to pay for another job while giving me "discounts." Carlos or Juan, I forgot his name, was the one responsible for pulling my car up after the repair. He took about ten minutes to do so, and I found out later almost half my tank was empty when I had brought in the car near full. Also, the trunk was not closed all the way. Not sure why they had to look in my trunk in the first place. Their Service department is a joke and I would not go to them for a big repair as they will upsell you with some extra xx and try to soften it with fake discounts. More
