He had answers to my questions, which were plentiful since this was the first vehicle I've purchased on my own in decades. He even stayed after hours to make sure my visit with the finance people went smoothly. I look forward to continuing my relationship with the service department at this dealership if they are as helpful as Carlos and other members of the sales team. More

I will be delighted to tell you that throughout this process I got a very best experience from Matt, Soon I saw the Mail from Matt for the dealership pricing, I got a call from him to discuss my interest in buying the CRV. He came altogether to pick me up and explain all the features, pricing of the car. Am very impressed with the gratitude he explained me bit and bolts of CRV and took me to show where the car parked in warehouse. I took a look and finalized the color. He helped me to finalize the pricing and got to an conclusion. Thanks to Kenny ! Am pleased the way he understands the nerves of customer and very knowledgeable & explained me why Fair Fax Honda in #1 in Mid-Atlantic region and showed me statistics about the Sales of FF Honda. I went to tons of dealers and no salesman took so pain as he understands the needs of customer and keep me updated and informed from the day of purchased to pickup (As he doing a job of another person through which I didn't receive any reply but he took utmost care). I couldn't see such zeal and energy in any of person till now. Always take phone call and answers my call from time to time whenever I had a doubt. I was really impressed when he told me about the Cilajet as I know in past, many Sales person want to sale such products without having the knowledge but when he explained me in detailed and shown some of the cars parked at delivery area, I was really impressed and feel satisfied that I took an right decision and I was literally surprised when he bring back my car to home. I would like to thank him for the all the efforts he put in throughout this process. Such a good professional and managerial skills Sales guy I never seen in past. To an extent from this dealership I got satisfaction and particularly my best buying experience so far. Kapil More

I went in and signed up for a brand new honda accord sport 2014 and couldnt finish the paper work due to a missing document, so i had to go back home and go back to the dealership again after couple of days, so i went in finished the paperwork and drove the car home. After couple days of i started smelling some cigarette smell and some other stinking smell so i complained to the sales person Garrett Portell, he asked me to drop off the car to cleanup, i did and the smell didnt stop. So i called again to complain and he hung up on my face, so with out any options in hand i started readind some reviewed about them and found an email-id that belongs their management, so i sent an email explaining the situation. A guy called Kenneth Derrickson called me after that and asked me to drop off the car and i did, and in the evening i went to pick it up and i figured that they spilled gasoline inside the car so that i couldnt smell that stinking cigarettes. At this point basically i figured out that they stole my brand new seats when i left the car at the showroom before i complete the paperwork. So imagien this guy Kenneth Derrickson who called himself as a manger stole, the seats from brand new cars, what can you expect out of this dealership. Its been six months i am still having to deal with the stinking smell in the car. The only option left for me is to replace the car seats. Please do not buy any cars from this dealership, especially from Kenneth Derrickson and Garrett Portell. More

Best Place to Buy a New Honda! I contacted several Northern VA dealerships in the area trying to gather information for my purchase. I contacted Fairfax Honda and the sales manager, I contacted several Northern VA dealerships in the area trying to gather information for my purchase. I contacted Fairfax Honda and the sales manager, Kenny Smith answered the phone. He was very professionally and provided the information that all the prior dealerships declined to answer. We made an appointment and I was greeted by him when I came in. He already had his sales advisor clean the car and it right outside ready for me. The paperwork was done in less than 15 minutes and before you know it was in finance and taking my car home within one hour. AMAZING! I recommend this dealership to anyone that does not like the normal dealership games that most dealerships in the area play. Very straightforward, very professional and service is top notch. Thank you. More

Most professionally run dealership I have ever experienced I have bought a number of cars over the years and this was by far the most professionally run operation I have experienced. Expecting a typical slick I have bought a number of cars over the years and this was by far the most professionally run operation I have experienced. Expecting a typical slick/shady salesman I instead encountered a extremely professional, well mannered, and knowledgeable young man straight out of college. After deciding on the car he went over all the bells and whistles on it and answered every question I had. He was extremely patient with me as I am not the most tech savvy guy. As I was going through the financing process I, again, encountered extremely professional, polite, and happy employees...people you could tell enjoyed their job and worked very hard at the same time, it was impressive to say the least. The financing process was efficient, meticulous...and never once did I feel that they didn't have my best interests in mind. The leadership at Rosenthal Fairfax Honda has cultivated and created a fine tuned machine equal to the fine tuned machines they sell. More
A nightmare to drop a car to Fairfax Honda for Warranty! My Honda Accord 2011 was purchased on May 28, 2011. The ABS and VSA indicators had been on since May 20, 2014. The millage is still less than 35,000 My Honda Accord 2011 was purchased on May 28, 2011. The ABS and VSA indicators had been on since May 20, 2014. The millage is still less than 35,000 miles. So I dropped it to Fairfax Honda Dealer on May 28, 2014 to fix this problem using 3-year 36,000 miles manufacture warranty. No representative was in the room at my visit. I waited for about 5 minutes and finally I saw a man coming in and sat at his desk. The light above his desk was off and his desk was a little bit dark. He appeared to be tired after a day of work. I showed him my purchase record and told him my car was still covered under 3-year and 36,000 miles manufactory warranty, and the ABS and VSA indicators were on. He wrote before his computer and printed a piece of paper, and told me, “sign it and we will check it tomorrow,” without explaining what was on it. I worried about the warranty because the next day my car is not covered. He said if you sign it today, it will be covered by manufactory warranty because it has today’s date on the paper. I thought it is Honda dealer and my car was covered by 3-year and 36,000 miles manufactory warranty, so I signed that piece of paper without reading it, and the representative (called Honda Representative) didn’t explain anything on that paper to me. The next day near the noon, Honda Representative called me and told me that problem is not covered by the manufactory warranty, not because of time, but because it is not covered because he thought it was I who damaged it. The problem is that a wire near the front wheel broke. I told him that wire could be 90% damaged and hanged there before that car was delivered to the dealer, and it 100% fell off and disconnected after I drove it for three years. Honda Representative didn’t agree with me, and said in order to fix it, I need to pay $400. He can give me 10% off and the final price is $360. What a bite it is! I said no, I want to bring me car back. Honda Representative said that if I don’t repair it at Fairfax Honda, I owe Fairfax Honda Dealership $139 diagnose fee. I was astonished, why! Honda Representative said, you signed a paper, and beside your signature, you agreed to pay $139 diagnose fee. Oh, I asked Honda Representative, “you didn’t tell me the $139 diagnose fee, and I came in using 3-year and 36,000 miles manufactory warranty”. Honda Representative said, it is not covered by warranty and you owe Fairfax Honda $139 diagnose fee, I had explained to you that you would be charged for $139 if it is covered by warranty, and bla bla bla. Honda Representative lied!!! Honda Representative didn’t give me a copy of my signed paper, and I couldn’t argue more. I reported this to my auto insurance Progressive and my Progressive Auto Insurance opened a claim number and arranged rental car for me. I contacted the manager of Honda Representative (called Honda Manager) and told him, “Honda Representative didn’t tell me the $139 diagnose fee, and he requested me to sign without explaining anything on that paper to me, and I came in for warranty.” Honda Manager told me that Honda Representative had explained that paper to me, and he further said, “if it is not covered by warranty, you will pay $139…” I said, “you and Honda Representative are in the same boat”. Honda Manager became very rude and his voice was high, “I cannot waive the $139 diagnose fee for you”, “I will waive the $139 diagnose fee if you insurance pick up the car, and I won’t if you pick it up!” How bad is Fairfax Honda’s customer service and how bad is its leadership! In the night, I came to Fairfax Honda to get a copy of my signed paper. The paper shown that I authorize Faifax Honda to repair it, not for warranty! The $139 is PART fee and labor fee is 0. $139 is NOT diagnose fee! Based on that signed paper and because Honda Representative didn’t tell me anything about diagnose fee, I don’t think I owe Fairfax Honda any money. But Fairfax Honda refused to give me car back if I don’t pay it $139 so claimed “diagnose fee”, and the cost to fix it is $360. Fairfax Honda Dealership took advantage of me! The next day, Progressive insurance backed me up. Progressive shown Honda Representative the insurance price for the work that is $264. With my insurance, I pay $250 deductible and my insurance pays $14. Honda Representative agreed to lower the price to $264. Apparently, it appears to me that FAIRFAX HONDA DEALERSHIP DOESN’T CARE ME AS A CUSTOMER, BUT IT CARES INSURANCE COMPANY. One day later, I picked up my fixed car and paid $264 without using my auto insurance. I still remember the word of the manager of Honda Representative: “I will waive the $139 diagnose fee if you insurance pick up the car, and I won’t if you pick it up!” I greatly appreciate my auto insurance company Progressive for their backing up at the time when Fairfax Honda Dealership beat me down. It was such a nightmare for me after I dropped my Honda Accord to Fairfax Honda for warranty!!! More
