Beware unnecessary repair recommendations Aging (100,000+ miles) Honda Accord owners, BEWARE of this dealership's service dept. recommendations for anything having to do with SUSPENSION, espec Aging (100,000+ miles) Honda Accord owners, BEWARE of this dealership's service dept. recommendations for anything having to do with SUSPENSION, especially "lower ball joints being worn out or having excessive play"!! They failed our '02 Honda Accord's Virginia Safety Inspection because of this. Repair/replacement cost was quoted at about $600. We chose to get a 2nd opinion. Nothing was wrong with it - passed at another inspection station. I filed complaint to VA State Police who oversee state inspections. We (trooper and I) take it back to Fairfax Honda for re-inspection and all agree nothing wrong w/ it. Wouldn't think too much of this except the SAME THING was recommended by Fairfax Honda 10 years back for our older '92 Accord with about the same mileage that the '02 has now. We also took that one somewhere else, and again they found nothing wrong with it. (Yes, we have the actual records that far back.) That Accord STILL has it's original lower ball joints parts in 2015 and at 250,000 miles, and has never failed a safety inspection for that reason! My in-laws also have an "03 Accord they took to Fairfax Honda - a slightly different "suspension" problem was found to the tune of about $800-900 repair cost. They had it looked at by another shop who, you guessed it... found no problem. Bottom line, this smells of a systemic, over time, practice to recommend un-needed repairs just because a Honda is aging. We all know what good cars Hondas are, and if you take care of them, many of these issues never crop up. When in doubt GET ANOTHER OPINION and DON'T JUST ACCEPT THEIR WORD THAT SOMETHING NEEDS REPAIRING/REPLACING. More

He listened to questions, answered intelligently or said that he would have to find the information we wanted. The car was ready when promised and Carlos followed up after the sale to make sure we were satisfied. He and his manager made car buying a positive experience, (unlike the other dealerships I visited in my quest for a good car at a fair price). I am confident in recommending others to visit Carlos if looking for a car with minimal hassle. More
Very satisfied with Fairfax Honda I did a lot of online research including getting quotes from dealers in my area, still I cannot decide between Honda Accord LX and the Sport version. So I went to my local Honda dealer - Fairfax Honda - to have a feel of the Sport before making decision. Luckily it was Stefan Palmer who welcomed us and showed us the car. Stefan is very polite, straightforward and knows a lot about cars. When we sat down to negotiate price, Stefan told us the dealership needed to meet sales quota (it was near the end of March), and that he would beat price from any other dealerships to earn my business. I showed him a very aggressive price I negotiated from another dealership, then he started working very hard with the sales manager to beat the price as best as he could. Later the manager came to talk to me about the advantage of purchasing a car from a local dealer and finally he agreed to match the price and that’s the best he could go. Thinking there’s still some room to negotiate while the manager couldn't go any further, I walked away. The second day I realized the offer was really exceptional since replies from other dealerships all say it’s a fantastic offer and none could match. So I went again to Fairfax Honda and met Stefan there who helped us smoothly going through all the paperwork in a few hours. BTW, the financing manager Kyle Nam is also very nice, he offered me the best Honda financing rate after I showed him my pre-approved loan from credit union. When I drove away my new Accord, there were wheel locks, floor mats, etc. all included without being asked for. Rated a perfect score for Stefan’s service and the dealership in customer satisfaction survey. Very satisfied with the purchasing experience and so far everything is great. More

Sales manger mr.Michael Taglor tried hard with them as he aprouved and signed the coupon but tyey totally refused. I told them that I will write a letter to your manger with my complain .then they gave me there business card to do the complain! !!!! They doesn't care about it .. I went to pill page honda as they said no problem we can do it for $ 26.95 ( believe it or not )I have lease honda accord from 2012 gonna be end this April and .one month ago spoke with your sales manger and gave me a very good offer .. because of them I canceled every thing .. the most important thing to the client is the service after purchase I have copy of all papers if you want . Sophia hands down was the best car sales person I have ever dealt with. If you want to be treated like a person, and not rushed or pushed into anything. Stop in and ask for Sophia! At the end she said that we were now family, and that's exactly how I and my wife felt. The finance guy was awesome too! Mr Johnson treated me like an old friend.
