Best car-buying experience ever! I found the car I wanted to test drive on the dealer website and expressed interest online. Within a very short period of time, I got a response from the dealership and was assigned Evan Harris as my salesperson. Due to the blizzard, I was not able to travel to the dealership for four days after expressing interest. However, Evan held the car for me and even offered to come and pick me up in a 4-wheel drive if my neighborhood was not plowed. I have purchased used cars at two other Honda dealerships in the metro DC area in the past five years, and my experience at Fairfax Honda was unquestionably the best experience ever as a result of Evan's professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. Evan took the time to patiently answer all of my many questions and personally touched up some scratches on the vehicle when I asked about them. Evan is very genuine and personable, and he makes the car-buying process much less stressful. The way he handled the entire process was dramatically different than my experiences at the other two Honda dealerships from which I purchased vehicles previously. If you are considering purchasing a used car, I highly recommend that you contact Evan. I will definitely be going back to him in the future. More

If you would like some challenges and decide to shop there, make sure you have a clear and strong mind and good math skill (if not a calculator). Calculate a number with good research before going there, stick with it. Once a deal is made (especially one that is reluctantly made by them), watch every single number in the financing stage. For example, they could "unintentionally" include the processing fee to the negotiated number that already includes it, or increase the loan rate, or increase the loan period. If the deal is good for you at the negotiation phase, they will think of ways to make it good for them at the financing phase -- which may be true with most dealerships. More

Worst service center, I have rode only 51K on my Honda Odyssey which I bought in Fairfax Honda in 2008 (less miles put on it) single driver. Every time I go my cha center, I have rode only 51K on my Honda Odyssey which I bought in Fairfax Honda in 2008 (less miles put on it) single driver. Every time I go my charges never come less than $1000/- . Are they given me faulty piece or service guys are pushing me to have new model. I'm thinking to contact Honda with all my bills. More

Worst experience ever I have bought six cars in the past three years and I'm planning on buying a seventh but this has had to be the worst experience possible that I have e I have bought six cars in the past three years and I'm planning on buying a seventh but this has had to be the worst experience possible that I have ever received from any professional setting in my entire life! Not only were they not willing to help me fix the problem that they messed up, I came in for something as simple as replacing my windsheild wiper blade so I could pass the inspection and they failed to install a wiper blade and failed me for the inspection forcing Me to come in for a third time after they messed up the first two times and on top of that the yelling and disrespect that I received from a service associate?!?!?! You guys just about lost my business do not go to this place if you actually want to be treated right. I will never buy a car or go here for any type of service even if it's free ever again. More

Amazing I originally had gone to Honda Of Chantilly to buy my 2015 Civic but after going there it was the worst mistake I have ever made.The sales manager was I originally had gone to Honda Of Chantilly to buy my 2015 Civic but after going there it was the worst mistake I have ever made.The sales manager was very rude his name was Asanti Wilson. Everything I had said to him it was just a simple no. Absolutely no effort to make a deal at all. I asked him to do a rate buy down he simply just said f*** you I'm not doing it that was the attitude I got him from him. After my horrible experience at Chantilly Honda I contacted Sales Manager Kenny at Fairfax Honda whom I explained everything thing that happened to me. He apologized on their behalf even thou he didn't have anything to do with it and told me to come in and he would take care of me. Rest assure it he did I went and he had me setup with sales man David which was also very nice and got me the car on my terms and the respect that my family and I received from both of them was over the top. From negotiating to financing everyone was so nice and courteous. If your ever buying a car go to Fairfax Honda and see David, and Kenny they will surely make you happy. And avoid Honda of Chantilly you will be extremely disappointed. More
