Best car-buying experience ever! I found the car I wanted to test drive on the dealer website and expressed interest online. The price was better than comparable cars at other dealer I found the car I wanted to test drive on the dealer website and expressed interest online. The price was better than comparable cars at other dealerships in Northern Virginia. Within a very short period of time, I got a response from the dealership and was assigned Evan Harris as my salesperson. Due to the blizzard, I was not able to travel to the dealership for four days after expressing interest. However, Evan held the car for me and even offered to come and pick me up in a 4-wheel drive if my neighborhood was not plowed. I have purchased used cars at two other Honda dealerships in the metro DC area in the past five years, and my experience at Fairfax Honda was unquestionably the best experience ever as a result of Evan's professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. Evan took the time to patiently answer all of my many questions and personally touched up some scratches on the vehicle when I asked about them. Evan is very genuine and personable, and he makes the car-buying process much less stressful. The way he handled the entire process was dramatically different than my experiences at the other two Honda dealerships from which I purchased vehicles previously.
