Oil change worst experience I purchased the car from this dealer..I would to do oil change of my new car.when I call and ask about the price they are giving some price when actua I purchased the car from this dealer..I would to do oil change of my new car.when I call and ask about the price they are giving some price when actually come in they are giving different price. They are saying the customercare dont know about the prices.even they are transfer u r call to service center.still they are playing with customer on prices.I feel they are cheating the customera litterally. Worst Dealership!!! This is a worst dealership i have ever been to. Sales advisor(Fady Awad) was a horrible guy. He forces you to come to the dealership without providing This is a worst dealership i have ever been to. Sales advisor(Fady Awad) was a horrible guy. He forces you to come to the dealership without providing any quotes, then pressurizes you to buy what they have at sticker price saying no one else has that model/color etc. He will not trust verbal assurance, makes you to sign everything, (That you buy today if all is okay, you agree to pay certain price etc.). Made me very uncomfortable. I agreed to buy a car, then after all the paperwork he came back saying that the car i am buying is already bought by someone else at sticker price. They wasted all of my day and sold the car to someone else who was ready to pay more after all the paperwork. Dont trust them, they are big cheaters. I would recommend any other honda dealership in this area other than Fairfax. More

David Kim did a great job of pre-processing our paperwork. I would definitely recommend Evan as the initial contact point for your car-buying service. We found the car we were looking for on the website, we scheduled the appointment online, went in the next day (lots of availability!) And the car itself was really well maintained. It looked better in person than it did in the pictures they posted online! The car was in great condition, and my salesperson even provided the Carfax stuff. It was really great. More

Express oil change Called for an appointment to have my oil changed, purchased our car here 2 years ago. I was at the dealership 10 minutes before my appointment so t Called for an appointment to have my oil changed, purchased our car here 2 years ago. I was at the dealership 10 minutes before my appointment so they were able to take my car on time. An hour and a half later, I had to go and find out if my EXPRESS OIL CHANGE was completed yet. Couldn't find the gentleman that checked me in, and another guy was kind enough to find out. He told me another 15 minutes. Now it is 30 minutes later, I go to check again, the guy that initially checked me in said, "Great timing, your car is done!" This is now 2 hours later for the EXPRESS OIL CHANGE! Very disappointing! Now I am hungry and more than a little ticked that it took that long to change the oil! More
