Awesome Experience! I had a wonderful experience in my trade in and purchase of my new car. I started with Jesse Colunga who contacted me right away. Jesse was not available the following day but had Henry to assist me. Henry was awesome, pleasant, friendly, easy to work with, not to mention patient. Henry along with management and Chris in finance worked with me and my busy schedule. Im loving my car and would recommend Fairfax Honda and Henry to family and friends. More
Run as fast as you can! My son purchased a used car. Advertised one owner all service records they had inspected the vehicle. Their answer, oh well. Pretty pitiful. After a little digging I found records showing the motor had been worked on prior. The same place that Fairfax Honda had recalls done. If I could find out after the fact how did they not know before the fact? Slimy! Stay away...run as fast as you can. You would be better off buying from someone on the side of the street!!!! More

Roger, the salesman we were dealing with met us at the airport and took us to get the car. The car was everything they said it was and I couln't be more pleased, they had it clean and full of gas. I feel Roger went way beyond great servious to make us happy. Not only did we get a great car but Ivan, another sales person recommended a great place for us to eat, as we knew nothing about the area. So we not only got great servious and a great car but an awesome place to go eat called Rockland bbq. I would highly recommend Fairfax honda to anyone searching for a new or used car. Be sure to talk to Roger and/or Ivan. The servious is awesome! More

Our family had purchased 4 vehicles from this location in the last 12 years (most recent being with David B in October which was a very pleasant exper Our family had purchased 4 vehicles from this location in the last 12 years (most recent being with David B in October which was a very pleasant experience) and we were well on our way to purchase the 5th (which i’m guessing is what you are referencing). When i was at the location, i had a relatively young sales person (who told me he had been in the industry for 3 years) approach me as a salesperson. They said if we could work out the price, would i purchase the vehicle that day, i said yes. Now think about this, you have someone who is ready & willing to purchase a car (negotiation time)…heres where they made the biggest blunder a sales person in the car industry can make (never let them leave the lot). I gave an offer and while it was low, they notified me they would talk to their manager (i believe the name was June? maybe, started with a J), came back shook my hand and said “sorry, we couldn’t earn your business that day.” I’m not going to disclose the offer or anything along those lines, but i will say this...i went to your sister dealership in Landmark and got the EXACT SAME DEAL (i could have gotten an even cheaper deal, but was determined to prove a point to Your dealership). I walked out with a new vehicle (Honda Pilot) last week, 2500 under list price PLUS a huge reduction in the maintenance, service, 3-4-1, etc. So in short, because of this individual & whomever he spoke to in order to work out a deal (guessing the sales manager), you lost my families business (probably for good from a sales standpoint…if it wasn’t so convenient, i wouldn’t even use your servicing department). I’ve lived across the street from the Fairfax dealership for about 27 years from now…i got my first new car there (2005), my wife (2016), my fathers (2011), and my sisters (2004)…i felt extremely gutted that i would be just walked out of the showroom because i didn’t want to waste hours and hours haggling (to save time for Honda and myself) to get what i wanted anyways. I guess you guys are selling enough cars that you don’t even want to provide a 4-time existing customer a counter-offer. Just simply unbelievable. Having said that, lets see what your branch does to earn back business of committed & loyal customers. As of right now, i do not anticipate that i will ever visit your sales department again for the purchase of a vehicle. More

I got the finance person ryan with all his family pics on display so you would think his a good family man. But will sell you, correction not sell will fool you into getting the platinum warranty. And purposely put mospell your email wrong so you wont get the survey so you wont give them a bad review. DONT BUY FROM THIS CONARTISTS YOUVE BEEN WARNED More

After confirming with salesman Ahmad Hassan that they actually had 2017 Hrv w/navi on the lot for purchase, once I arrived I was shuffled between sale After confirming with salesman Ahmad Hassan that they actually had 2017 Hrv w/navi on the lot for purchase, once I arrived I was shuffled between salesmen and sales managers trying to get me to lease the 2017 or buy the 2016 model. They attempted to grossly low ball the trade-in of my 2015 CRV Touring. The sleazy icing on the cake was after reading all the preliminary paperwork they provided the actual contract was to buy a 2016 model. There is no "buyers remorse" or "cool down" period for car purchases. If I had signed the paperwork I would have had no recourse than to take the 2016.. They told me it was an "honest" mistake. How is that possible when they had to finally admit that they didn't actually have the car I was supposed to be buying at the dealership but would get it from another local dealer? They keep you there for hours hoping you will be too tired to notice their "honest mistakes". Fairfax/Rosenthal Honda goes beyond the typical games dealerships play and appear to border on criminal practices. More
