Kendal Jackson wrost person I bought two cars on this location. Did 4 tire change in same place, did other services ,spent money. They told me that my tire rotation is for life t I bought two cars on this location. Did 4 tire change in same place, did other services ,spent money. They told me that my tire rotation is for life time on this tire. I was very happy but I had lower tire pressure sign and I live next to the service center I went there expecting their help. When I bought tire/car they are talking itting doing nothing. I explain him my situation but he told me to go to gas station and put some air. I was not expecting that answer from the place where I bought two cars and spending thousand of dollar. He was so rude and I think he said f... word to me. I will sell both cars and go for different brand. Very bad service and people. I notice he is kind of racist too . More

This morning I was driving to work and noticed poor handling, followed by a low pressure warning light. I discovered that there were two jagged tears in a rear tire sidewall, definitely NOT repairable. Honda roadside towed me to Fairfax Honda and the service advisor looked at my account and advised me that the other dealer had sold my wife a car with everything except a tire/road hazard protection, with no spare I find this unconscionable as they KNEW it had no spare, they did not tell her this and its a critical factor in choosing coverage, we have never had a Honda without a spare and we have owned over a dozen. The Fairfax advisor was understanding and helped as much as he could and I had no choice but to authorize the repair. He saw how frustrated I was and walked outside and asked if I would be interested in a full protection plan for road hazard/tire and much more, it wasn't a sales pitch it was a polite suggestion as he knew I was concerned about this happening again. He introduced me to the contracts folks (Ryan), he reviewed my current Honda coverage's in detail, explained their offerings in a professional, didnt push anything and was personable and friendly, it was a no brainer, I bought a plan covering road/hazard, windshield and dent repair for a VERY reasonable price good for five years, no mileage limitations. I was extremely impressed with the Fairfax team, and I will be coming to this dealership for service from now on. I have had bad experiences at a few other Honda dealers but these guys were professional, honest, candid and friendly. Turns out the hybrid tires on my car are very unique and they did not have one in stock here, so they were driving to another dealership to get one, and offered to drive me across town to get me to work at Fort Belvoir in Springfield (I work for the Military), a long trip from here. VERY VERY happy with this business, I will be a Fairfax Honda customer as long as I live here now. More

I purchased a 2017 Honda Accord Touring at another dealer. Two weeks later I was in a terrible accident and the car was deemed a total loss. I did not want to return to the previous dealer as the whole buying experience there was a nightmare! GEICO recommended Fairfax Honda and I cannot say enough or express enough how great this dealer and its staff truly is! I wanted another 2017 Accord, and with the 2018 due to release this month they held a unit for me while my insurance company settled with AHM finance. My sales person John Balkenbush actually delivered my vehicle. My totaled one I was just handed the keys by the "other dealer". John actually taught me things about my car I didn't even know about. The whole process from signing to driving away was about 1 hour! They expressed compassion over my situation, worked with me, and my new car was delivered with a beautiful showroom look! Thank you to the entire staff for all that you did, and especially John for showing me cool things I had no clue about! John really knows his Honda products well! I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone, and definitely John as there salesperson if you really want to know all there is to know about Honda! More

His professionalism, directness, and helpful I recently leased a Honda Civic LX 4 door from a wonderful salesman, Jamal Z, at Rosenthal Fairfax Honda. His professionalism, directness, and helpfulness made the leasing process quick and easy. It took less than 2 hours to complete the paperwork and test drive the new car. The Civic is a wonderful car and the people at Rosenthal were kind, helpful, and extremely efficient in working with me. Every person has a different experience working with different salesman, but I highly recommend Jamal! Going into the dealership I was concerned the lease quote I was given would have hidden fees, but Jamal was upfront and there no hidden fees. Jamal shared with me he had been in the car business for over 25 years and it clearly shows. His relax manner definitely made me more comfortable and assured going into the lease. In the future I will certainly request his services again. More

Did NOT get car serviced here but beware used car buyers!! Bought a used car on Saturday and Monday, went to get it serviced at the dealership the car is from (Toyota). Major brake issues and stupid me thought, get it done and Honda will reimburse me back. They only offered to pay 50% of my bill. They wouldn't even calculate how much it would cost them to fix the problem and pay me that must since they said that Toyota labor is more expensive than their mechanics (poor guys!) I had to negotiate and got almost 62% of it back. Managers there are awful! NOTE: If you buy a used car from them, make sure you get repairs done there even though it's not their brand!! More

When I called the service dept at Fairfax Honda I was was directed to Mr. Shawn Wilcox. He was not only very helpful, but worked with me on what were all the possible costs. I dropped off my car and was called back after the work was done for the price we agreed too. Recommendations were made for other work the car needed and I decided certain things had to be done, no pressure, just good advice. We talked about what was best for the car to keep it running safely. I picked it up this afternoon and paid what we agreed to and felt the car ran great. I feel confident that the car will perform very well for my daughter. More
