Rude staff Absolute nightmare dealing with the service staff. They don’t even have ability to understand the emergency situation a customer might be going throug Absolute nightmare dealing with the service staff. We have given them business for past 8 years now but they make us feel under whelmed every visit. Can’t believe we continue our patronage but not anymore. Today was the last straw when we walked in for emergency situation and they declined the service at 10 am in the morning while being open until 6 pm. Since we Purchased the vehicle from this honda (rosenthal) location in Fairfax we though of them as best choice but we are done, not going to this place anymore and if that means changing my car will do that...I would save me and my family having to dealing with you guys you don’t deserve our business. Terrible Service I took my Pilot for a pre-purchase inspection. They claimed the previous owner had purchased the car from them and they had all the service records. Two weeks later the teenage trainee at the local service station noticed an issue with the rack-and-pinion which ended up costing over one thousand dollars. Then I took the car for a recall repair. Two hours after the car should have been completed I asked about it. They looked dumbfounded and said they were really busy and would get to it next. Yes I wasn't paying for the recall work, but not even looking at the car two hours after the appointment time and never mentioning it was unacceptable. More

Very frustrating I have been leasing for over 20 years and this is the first time I’ve ever had any issues. I’ve been dealing with this for over two months. I’ve beeb to other dealerships and they agree Fairfax Honda is in the wrong and should make it right. I turned in my car and then got a bill. I had no idea I owed anything the finance guy never told me I owed nor did I sign a paper saying I still owed. The dealership should pay the money I owe because it was their mistake. More

We were not even sure it wo We have not purchased a new car in many years. We decided this month the time had come and it was time to get a new one. We were not even sure it would be a Honda. We had already visited three other car dealerships (Honda, Toyota, and Subaru) before we came to Rosenthal Fairfax Honda. The experience at Rosenthal Fairfax Honda was, in a word, fantastic. We were greeted at the door and within minutes, we were negotiating with a very pleasant sales consultant named Mehran. We were not easy customers. We had done our research, we knew what we wanted, and we knew what we were prepared to pay. Mehran, like his sales manager, Brian, was patient, professional, and reasonable. Both were willing to negotiate and put in the time to see the deal finalized. We returned to the dealership that same evening and agreed to a deal on the make and model we wanted. And, most importantly, we did so at a price that left all parties satisfied. The next day, we completed the process with Fady, the finance manager. He, like Mehran and Brian, was exceedingly cordial, professional, and patient with our many questions. Above all, these three gentleman had a great sense of humor and never once pressured us to make a deal or purchase something we were not prepared to purchase. If you are looking to get a great deal on a new Honda, and you are willing to roll up your sleeves and put in the time, make sure you deal with these three gentleman. They will treat you well and you won't leave disappointed. We are already considering a return visit for another new car. More
