Great Service and Price I brought my Accord into another local Honda dealership today for an airbag recall. After replacing my airbag the other dealership’s service department called me and said my car needed over $3000 in maintenance and repair work This seemed steep to me since my car had less than 80k miles on it and has been serviced regularly since I bought it. Wanting a second opinion, I called Rosenthal Honda on my commute home and they offered to inspect my car right away, so I drove directly to their service department from the other dealership. After comparing quotes for the services that the other dealership said my car needed, I found that Rosenthal had a better price on the water pump and drive belt replacement. Convinced by the other dealership that I would need at least a new water pump, I agreed to Rosenthal’s $79 inspection fee, which would be waived if I had at least some of my service done there. I am so glad I got a second opinion! Rosenthal’s mechanic found the water pump was still fine and the hoses weren’t yet in need of replacement. And it was good to see the mechanic corroborate some of the service needs recommended by the other service center. However, I then feared that I had just lost my $79 because Rosenthal had quoted me a higher price on some of the services that remained to be done. Fortunately, they were willing to work with me on the price and matched some of the other dealer’s quoted prices. I ended up having my drive belt, catalytic converter shield, and front control arm bushing replaced, new spark plugs installed, and the wheels aligned. I really appreciated how patient and understanding Marvin, the service manager, was. I never felt pressured and he calmly listened to all my concerns. I also appreciated being able to meet and talk directly with the mechanic working on my car, something that hadn’t happened before at the other dealership. It’s still too early to review the quality of the work done since it’s only been a few hours, but I will update this review (or write a follow up review) if anything noteworthy happens. More

Unfair dealing over price and don’t honor the agreed price I wanted to buy Honda Odyssey 2019 EXL trim with nav &RES and the sales person told me they have one available in some sister lot..We had all the di I wanted to buy Honda Odyssey 2019 EXL trim with nav &RES and the sales person told me they have one available in some sister lot..We had all the discussion over phone and email and agreed to a OTD price considering PA tax. But when we went to visit the dealership we have been asked to wait there for hours and the sales guy didn’t even turned up.. and after that another gentleman came who told that he only decides on the price and they can’t give that price and later told that the vehicle we want is no longer available although the sales guy confirmed just last evening about the availability and he scheduled an appointment for the visit...Also to let everyone know that I received an email from the sales guy just an hour before the visit and he didn’t mention about the vehicle non availability. They have been totally unprofessional in their dealing and wanted us just to visit the dealership so that they can fool you and get some more money on top of the earlier agreed price. Trusting these guys I even apply for a finance through Honda finance and shared them the approval details.. So please be aware of any dealing with them. More

I bought the car over nine weeks ago and have yet to receive my tags. I had to leave over seven voicemails before anyone called me back to realize that they were missing a document and that the tags had been on hold for two weeks. I would avoid them at all costs. More

Hugo even stepped up and called the insurance company for me when my insurance company was considering putting aftermarket parts on my newer Honda at the time. The promise service has always been completed in a timely manner. They even have coffee lattes, TV and a workstation available for you while you wait for your car to be repaired which makes you feel right at home. Once you purchase a car, having a reliable and prompt service department makes all the difference. Based on the great service, I will be purchasing another car from this same dealership over the next month. I would also like to add that I have not had any major issues with my Honda due to recommend standard repairs which I have owned for about 5 years now. It rides just as good as the first day I purchased it. I felt compelled to write a review as I have not had this type of amazing service from any other car dealership over the years. I would highly recommend them based on my experience. Go see Hugo if you are looking for great service.The GM was very appreciative when I shared with him my experience which tells me they really care about their customers and want your business for life. I took my car for a second opinion and was told that my calipers were fine and that my brake pads needed to be replaced all for $327. I honestly feel that this particular dealership attempted to milk me for what’s it was with because they work on commission. I have never been so disgusted in my life. When I called out the sales rep on the discrepancies in pricing he denied ever selling me services that I did not need. Two independent opinions later, I do not believe him. Don’t come here if you want to pay more than necessary. Head over to Rosslyn Automotive for reasonable prices, honest staff and speedy services. More

Then we contacted Fairfax Honda and met with Clinton Crest. Clinton was just absolutely phenomenal, took care of our wants, needs, and desires. Management team was also very nice and accommodated us in every way possible ensuring that we were happy. If you are in the market for new car go to Fairfax Honda they will surely take care of you and make you very satisfied with your purchase. Just stay away from HONDA OF CHANTILLY they have terrible customer service and no people skills. More
