I would have given this 5 stars if it wasn’t such a pain to get someone to help me stop the warranty! I purchased a car for my daughter in December of 2019 and she totaled it in July. I have made 7 phone ca to get someone to help me stop the warranty! I purchased a car for my daughter in December of 2019 and she totaled it in July. I have made 7 phone calls, left 7 messages, spoke to 4 different people and even went in twice and no one has followed up, called me back or helped me to stop the payments of a warranty for a car I no longer have. The warranty company was great, but they let me know there is nothing they can do. I have paid an extra 3 months worth of payments after the car was totaled and no one will help me get my money back. The finance manager I did speak in person with was rude, dismissive and assured me he would call me back...that was 2 weeks ago. It’s like you buy the car then you don’t exist. A sad situation. More
Beware of clicking on their "Get Today's Price" on their website. They say "[Y]ou will receive a special price quote by email.." You will NOT get a price emailed back. Fr giving them your contact information, what you WILL get are invitation emails to visit the dealership in person. Be persistent and ask for the email quote? They go dark. Unresponsive. Save the time and aggravation. Contact a dealer who is responsive and transparent. I did. Their competitor had an email quote to me in 36 minutes. More

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER BUYING A CARHonestly, if someone WORST EXPERIENCE EVER BUYING A CAR Honestly, if someone even paid me to buy a car from this dealership I wouldn’t because no amount of money is wor WORST EXPERIENCE EVER BUYING A CAR Honestly, if someone even paid me to buy a car from this dealership I wouldn’t because no amount of money is worth the mental stress and lack of customer service skills this dealership has. First, they leased us a car without having proper approval from Honda. Then they called me and told me I had to finance or return the car and take my trade in and pay for the cleaning they did on my trade. Then when I agreed to financing for a reasonable amount, they forced me to come back in and made me wait 2 hours before calling me up instead of having the paperwork ready to go. When we got up to finance, the amount they told me over the phone was different than the amount that was discussed on the phone. The finance director is a rude man and said, “I don’t care what sales told you this is what I have for you, take it or leave it.” I decided to walk out at this point and then the salesman harassed me to bring the car back. Finally they called me and apologized and brought the paperwork to my house and finally signed everything. Now they’ve had my trade for over 20 days and they haven’t paid off the balance with Capital One on my trade. I let the salesman know to please look into this for me and he didn’t get back to me because he was off and didn’t have anyone else reach out to me. Then when I tried to call the dealership to the finance department no one answered. I had to drive 30 mins to the dealership to get any answer on this for me. When I got there none of the managers even knew what was going. This is the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. Honda of Fairfax has a huge problem with internal communication and how they treat their customers. Most of the people in there are fake and just put on a smile to get you to buy a car but don’t care about what they are putting you through. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED GOING ELSEWHERE. More
Yesterday I ventured out into this crazy world to begin the process of turning in my lease and getting a new one. I had many intentions of renewing a lease with Honda after enjoying the three years I had i the process of turning in my lease and getting a new one. I had many intentions of renewing a lease with Honda after enjoying the three years I had in my Accord. I worked with Clinton, who was a pleasure to be with. He was respectful and knowledgeable and frankly just nice to test drive with. He came back with an okay deal for getting me into a 2020 Accord for nothing down and same payment as I was currently paying (which had 7k of negative equity rolled into - so not too sure how that works out). The deal was ready to go that day if I wanted it. I had really wanted to upgrade in size to an SUV, but it didn’t look like it was going to happen at Honda, so I told Clinton I would get back to him by that evening one way or another and ended up going over to Subaru. Long story short they were able to get me in a Forester, so now I had to turn in my lease with Honda... I went back today, the day after, and asked to turn in my lease. Which mind you, I have been receiving emails (and personal texts from sales men at this dealership) for the past 2-3 months about my upcoming end of term. I also did the turn in inspection that day prior when I was in. They were completely ready for me to pull the trigger yesterday, but today the MANAGER came over and told me they do not have the space to accept any end of lease turn ins at this time. There was nothing they could do for me! Plain and simple they did not have space to take my car, but they did yesterday (at least to make the sale). Or the manager and his employees, including Clinton (who he tried to say didn’t even work yesterday, calling me a liar) do not communicate. I understand the situation completely. Trucks aren’t picking cars up, their not selling as fast, I get the climate right now. BE UP FRONT ABOUT THAT. All in all, he suggested maybe Chantilly Honda since they are bigger. I said, okay, would you be able to call and see if that’s possible. The manager, who works in customer service, said, “I don’t know anyone over there. I’m not going to call. There’s nothing we can do for you.” Are you kidding me?! I gave you my business for the last 3 years, and you cant make a simple call to try and right a wrong at this time? And now I’m stuck with 2 cars. Obviously we called, and they were awesome over there, able to turn the lease in with great class and customer service. If you are looking to buy/lease a Honda, do it, they are incredible and reliable cars. BUT GO TO THE CHANTILLY DEALERSHIP! Unbelievable how poor of service today at this dealership, and lack of communication between management and sales. More

The next day, I get a text confirmation from the sales rep confirming the appointment. Then I received another text from the sales rep requesting that I ask for him by name when I arrive. I arrived and asked for him, only for him to tell me that I cannot test drive the Type-R and the car isn't even at the dealership. Needless to say, I was extremely frustrated and disappointed. The rep could have informed me that via email, phone call, or a text message instead of having me drive over an hour for what I thought would be a test drive and a potential purchase. On top of that, the sales manager that was there even marked up the price higher than the price on the website, claiming that he was giving me a "good deal" as if I have never purchased a car before or don't know how any of this works. I will definitely never return to the dealership or recommend them to anybody. More

The salesperson helped us today was nice, and he showed us the car we are interested in and explained everything to us patiently. As we were thinking of trading our car for a used Honda, something that was not too pleasant - the manager/or whoever inspect our car drove the car away without telling us. I do not mind if the person drove away the car for inspection, what I care about is if us, customers, are being respected or not. We did not feel respected, and who would take the responsibility if valuables in our car are missing? I am sure asking for customers' permission is not something that is difficult to do. I am sure no one wants to see their personal property is used and taken away for a short time without being told. In addition, it might be somehow inappropriate to force a customer to answer a Yes or No question on buying a new car. Buying a car is not like buying gorceries, and it is not a decision that could be made immediately. The action of repeatly forcing us answer this question made us very uncomfortable. Again, it is not the salesperson who did this. There are some little things happened made us uncomfortable which I do not want to mention anymore. I wish this would be the first and last visit, but if we decided to go back and buy the car, we would like to be treated well and respectfully. I would say to this dealership, for salespeople it is important to make deals and profits, but it is even more important to build good relationships with customers. Make customers feel valued is a basic rather important component of a business, but unfortunately, we did feel that way during our visit today. To show my mercy to this dealership, I will leave one star for rating instead of zero star. To those of who are reading this comment now, I won't tell you 100% whether I recommand this dealership or not because everyone has different opinions. I am sure you have your best judgement. More

I almost drove off and noticed the sticker hadn't been replaced. Only then they went back to understand the issue and to explain to me. I've been coming here because it's close to my house but considering going somewhere OTHER than a Honda service center. They are eager to always sell you on everything else your car may need replacing BUT doing a decent job on what you came there for. Honda, please consider changing your service strategy and retraining your employees. More

We were there over 4 and 1/2 hours and did not get the price, car or Costco program experience we were promised before coming in. It is sad that I have nothing but regrets over what should be a happy time. While the salesman was nice, I feel we were caught in a bait and switch that I didn't recognize until too late. Buyer beware, I wasn't. More
