They proclaim fixing the vehicle the 1st time, it had been 3 to 4 and still not right. This place went into the electronics of my dash to change a component after that every time I hit rough road the ins been 3 to 4 and still not right. This place went into the electronics of my dash to change a component after that every time I hit rough road the inside of the dash makes a big clanking noise, on the 3rd visit seems they muffled it but it is still there, after a 1000.00 dollar job, then the service manager states they fixed it yet I tell him no then he states that it must of been something I did. This is very concerning, seeing that to fix the issue they needed to take apart the GPS, and it was obvious they did that, yet all all the times I have taken this car to them, I can tell they don't go there they take apart everything but we're they fixed. After the last fixing, they left the gl9ve compartment not completely attached, after 4 plus calls that we're never returned I had to fix it myself. When I finally left a4 or 5 call to the service manager, he got pissed with me since I stated I would goto his boss, stating that he called me multiple times as well as left messages, yet my phone has recorded every single call made to it since I bought it, and it is not there. I am upset about buying from this place a 38000 dollar car, print it for it's 1st issue in 5 years and the tech cannot fix the issue they caused after replacing a part and later have the audacity to state indirectly that I must of caused it going through rough roads, really in the Washington DC area. Beware of Honda Fairfax! !! Did oil change October 12 and now my car oil light is on due to no oil in the engine. What is that mean not even 2 months yet the oil is gone. !! Did oil change October 12 and now my car oil light is on due to no oil in the engine. What is that mean not even 2 months yet the oil is gone. So this place is a rip off charging $89 for oil but didn't put enough oil in my car. Bad business and shady. I do not recommend this Honda Service place to anyone. Its unbelievable, I will never got there and will let everyone know not to use this Dealer!!! More
Terrible service folks, awful service. My sister in law, wife, and myself have been getting our cars serviced here for a few years hoping the service improved, but it doesn’t. Terrible My sister in law, wife, and myself have been getting our cars serviced here for a few years hoping the service improved, but it doesn’t. Terrible communication, they will literally forget about you so you need to call each hour or you’ll never hear back and your vehicle will just sit there. You can even tell your service guy to call you if it looks like it’ll go into the next day and he’ll just go home at the end of his shift and say nothing (steer clear of Will). One time a series of miscommunications on their part resulted in 4 separate visits throughout the week for a single tire order for my wife’s car (steer clear of Jim). They never tell you when it’s done, all calls and communication are on you. Period. Each time I get a tire rotation, I maintain the same tire pressure but have a sensor problem that results in a pressure light that won’t go away and they refuse to address it. If you tell them you don’t appreciate the quality of the service, contest charges for services you didn’t ask for or expressly said you didn’t want, or straight up call them out for being generally terrible, you basically get a “tough xxxx bro” response. If you contact the general manager or owner via email or phone, you will never hear back. They claim they’re doing checkups and multipoint inspections, but I just switched to Honda of Chantilly (much further away but worth it) and they found several grands worth of repairs for things they assessed have been in dire need for a while now. I’m about as car illiterate as I can be so when someone tells me they’ve been doing the inspections and found nothing wrong, I rely on their word and trust them to not just go sit in a field somewhere. There’s a guy named Keith. Use only Keith and NOBODY ELSE. No joke or exaggeration, if you need something done and Keith isn’t in for a while, wait for him and don’t be impatient. Out of the ten or so service guys there, we’ve used a fair amount of them and Keith is the only person that’s trustworthy. More
The service desk argued with me about why I was bringing my SUV in for oil and filter change at 6 months. Any one who knows cars knows that frequent oil and frequent oil change each six months is best. my SUV in for oil and filter change at 6 months. Any one who knows cars knows that frequent oil and frequent oil change each six months is best. If I want to change oil and filter every one month that should be my decision. Yes, the dealership doesn't make much profit from a 99 dollar service. Please don't argue with a customer who understands car maintenance. More
