Terrible service folks, awful service. My sister in law, wife, and myself have been getting our cars serviced here for a few years hoping the service improved, but it doesn’t. Terrible communication, they will literally forget about you so you need to call each hour or you’ll never hear back and your vehicle will just sit there. You can even tell your service guy to call you if it looks like it’ll go into the next day and he’ll just go home at the end of his shift and say nothing (steer clear of Will). One time a series of miscommunications on their part resulted in 4 separate visits throughout the week for a single tire order for my wife’s car (steer clear of Jim). They never tell you when it’s done, all calls and communication are on you. Period. Each time I get a tire rotation, I maintain the same tire pressure but have a sensor problem that results in a pressure light that won’t go away and they refuse to address it. If you tell them you don’t appreciate the quality of the service, contest charges for services you didn’t ask for or expressly said you didn’t want, or straight up call them out for being generally terrible, you basically get a “tough xxxx bro” response. If you contact the general manager or owner via email or phone, you will never hear back. They claim they’re doing checkups and multipoint inspections, but I just switched to Honda of Chantilly (much further away but worth it) and they found several grands worth of repairs for things they assessed have been in dire need for a while now. I’m about as car illiterate as I can be so when someone tells me they’ve been doing the inspections and found nothing wrong, I rely on their word and trust them to not just go sit in a field somewhere. There’s a guy named Keith. Use only Keith and NOBODY ELSE. No joke or exaggeration, if you need something done and Keith isn’t in for a while, wait for him and don’t be impatient. Out of the ten or so service guys there, we’ve used a fair amount of them and Keith is the only person that’s trustworthy. More

Under dealer notes they deliberately listed 3 options that were supposed to be installed in the vehicle. All 3 options were not installed in the vehicle. This dealership refuses to install the options they stated were in the vehicle. They hide behind their disclaimer instead of doing the right and honest thing and install what they claim is in the vehicle. They might respond to this and say they will address this internally like they have done with other posts. Changing their ways remains to be seen. They have been contacted to install the options by many business representatives but still refuse to.. Instead they continue to hide behind their disclaimer which lists that they can lie, deceive, and mistreat customers and not be accountable for anything they do. More

I did not know the worst was yet to come. Having finally agreed to buy and then completed all the paperwork, I began an endless wait for "the finance guy" to complete the rest of the paperwork so I can drive the car away. At the end of the fourth hour (yep waited 4 hours!) of my stepping into this dealership I complained about the long wait and received a bigger earful from another gentleman at the dealership who rudely informed me that buying a car was not like shopping at a 7-11 store and the process always takes a very long time. Upon informing him that he was wrong and I had in fact bought a decent number of cars in my life without having to spend such a length of time at any dealership, he grew more irate and went on to tell me that he was a retired colonel who had also been selling cars for more than 22 years and if I could not wait then I should leave the dealership which I proceeded to do after informing him and the sales rep. to take lessons in customer service skills. This dealership is not worth a cent of my money!!! More
If I could give 0 stars I would! Bought a new CRV and was taking advantage of the military discount - all they said was that my husband needed to show his ID. Went to go pick up the car and turns out that he taking advantage of the military discount - all they said was that my husband needed to show his ID. Went to go pick up the car and turns out that he needed paperwork proving he’s in the military so we had to go back the next day with that. And this was after they tried not to give us the discount saying it’s because he wasn’t deployed (nowhere did it say he had to be deployed). Then, a couple days later I realized THEY NEVER INSPECTED MY CAR. The sticker and inspection paperwork had a different VIN number on it. So then I had to go back yet again and weren’t being direct with me as to how this could have happened - there was no record of my car being inspected in the computer system. They then completed an inspection that took 5 minutes…I doubt they can do a whole inspection within 5 minutes. I will tell everybody I know to buy a car from somewhere else. More
No follow through. Lots of promises. Horrible with paperwork. Purcahsed a new CRV. Promised to come pick up the car, never happened. Had to go in and complain. Set up an appointment to have it addressed (and promised a rental car) but when i showed up the paperwork didn't show the work needed to be done and no car available for me to use. EMPTY PROMISES.
