Had amazing experience: They gave me the highest value for the trade-in car and bought a SUV. All staff members are friendly and no pushing/forcing type mentally, you know what I mean. Adam was my salesperson with (20+ years’ experience) and talk to him and let him know your budget and he has amazing relationship with his managers, he will try to get as much as possible the best price for you, trustworthy. Also, F&I manager Hinode, will walk through all the optional coverage plan/papers you may want to add, very knowledgeable person. As long as these persons are there, I will be back again for future needs. This location was like 20 miles away from my house but it was worth it driving there. Will definitely recommend this dealership! More

Drive a bit further and find a better dealer. 1st, the deal I had was the worst considering I knew the sales people. Because I knew them they took advantage and I realised I could have gotten a much better one at other places in the area. Shame Shame Shame. 2nd. I never buy extended warranties and dent insurance and tire insurance but I did.. Big mistake!. When I went to their service shop to show them couple small dents 4-5 inches on the front and back they said these are not covered and I have to take it to a body shop. Those dents were just dents with the paint unscratched. They told me the service manager was busy now and I can come back again to talk to him. I could see the manager through the glass window sitting on his arse talking probably to his girlfriend. I waited for 10 minutes and was told he is still busy when he was just talking to one of his employees and won’t get up and take a look at my car like decent managers do taking care of their customers. I got very upset with the way they handled me and I left. Piece of added advice: do not buy that added coverage on the body and the tires. It is $2500 wasted. A SCAM!!! Maybe ROSENTHAL Honda is selling many cars and don’t give a hoot about my review ( I told them I will write a bad one on my way out), but I think you should think twice before you go down that lane and get ripped off. By the way, this was my third Honda , the first was bought at Bethesda, the second at Tysons and customer service and sales were much better at those . And the only reason I went to Fairfax ( the furthest for me) is because I knew the sales people there! More
