I was contacted within 10 minutes by Anthony and he gave me all the info I need so I made an appointment with him, The morning of my Appointment Glenn Williams the general sales manager called me to confirm my appointment and introduce himself and asked me to make sure and meet him while I was there. When I arrived Tony came and greeted me and showed me the civic and boy did he show me things about the civic I wasn't aware of. We went inside and sat down to go over the numbers. Glenn came over and introduced himself and worked all the numbers personally and got me right where I needed to be. Great place to buy a car More

A friend recommended I see Ifiok and I am glad I did. He knew everything about Honda's and found the perfect car for me. A 2017 Honda civic. Glen the manager was able to get me 0.9% interest rate so my payments were perfect for my budget. Kerry in finance went through all my paperwork and explained everything to me in a manner i could understand . I highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking to buy a new car. More

After days of shopping around at other local car dealers, when I walked into this store I met Rick Peregoy, the sales manager. Rick personally made sure that my experience with car buying would be simple and productive , Rick also introduced me to a Honda Product Specialist named Tony Gunter. We all sat down and went over the models of the 2017 Honda Civic that met all my requirements and my wants that I wanted with my new car. Rick then went over all the pricing along with my financial options to fit my budget comfortably and he exceeded all my expectations throughout the entire car buying process. While you start your car buying experience, I highly recommend you don't waste your time and just immediately see Rick Peregoy and the guys at DARCARS Honda. Exceptional customer service from beginning through the delivery of my brand new Civic! More

He then introduce me to larnell Mcgill who did an excellent job on selling us our new car.Larnell also insisted on us comming back for a one on one training over the car on his day off. We then met the finance Manager Jamar Wills who did a great job hettimg is in and out in a timely manner. I then met the General Managed. Rick who also thank is for our business. I would like to thank everyone who help us with our purchase.I forgot to mention Roy also help us out as well him an my husband got the talking about the miltary and i though they wouldnt stop talking..Again i just wamted to thank everyone again we definitely will ne back for our second car. At the time of purchase we were very clear with both the salesperson and finance individual that we did not want any extended warranty or any other additional add-on services. As the finance person went over what we were signing not once did he mention anything about Honda premium car care for life. While looking through my papers I see that I was charged for this service. The finance person must have slipped a paper in while we were signing our papers. We are currently in the process of filing a complaint with headquarters in order to resolve the dishonest services provided at this facility. I would not recommend buying a car here to anyone...ever! I should also mention that the manager Roy was not helpful at all when we called to give them the chance to resolve this issue prior to taking it to the next step. More

DON'T TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS DEALERSHIP.....I PROMISE YOU WILL REGRET IT. How in the world a Honda Dealership take 16 days to replace an airbag in a Honda Civic? At our wits end my husband and I reached out to Corporate Customer Service and was redirected to the GM Mr. Rick Barton. We called him several times, left him messages, and even had him paged by the dealership receptionist. I even went as far as to email Mr. Barton. It is now Wednesday June 28th @11:14am and we are yet to receive a call back from Mr. Barton. Laugh of the Day, on their website is the following quote “from the moment you step foot into our dealership, you'll know that satisfying our customers' needs is our number one priority; for top-notch service from highly skilled and trained technicians”, what a JOKE…. There is a serious disconnect with the Service Department; I am starting to believe that that my Honda Civic is being held hostage by Darcars Honda. If there is one thing I am sure of; they’ve trained their employees well on the “Art of Shifting the Blame” and giving people the constant run around. More

Worst Customer Service EVER This guy is literally the worst. Deceptive and misleading practices. Said he wouldn't run out credit but he had 3 lenders run it when we already had o This guy is literally the worst. Deceptive and misleading practices. Said he wouldn't run out credit but he had 3 lenders run it when we already had our pre-approval letter from our credit union. He also talked about employees and customers right in front of us. It was the word customer service I have been given in a very long time. Buying a car should be a happy experience but we left frustrated and feeling like we were taken advantage of. I do not recommend this guy or Darcars Honda of Bowie. More

Mike reached out to us via email in response to a web query we placed online and was responsive, easy to work with, and helpful throughout the process of identifying and selecting a car (all online). When we found the right car, Mike met us at the dealership, walked us through the car and all of it's features, and offered us advice that we found to be extremely useful. After a test drive, we were sold. The negotiation process was fair and straightforward, and ultimately we were very satisfied with our purchase from DarCars and our excellent salesman Mike Murphy. We could not recommend Mike highly enough and will pass along his name to our family and friends who will purchase Honda's in the future! More

I really LIKE Keith - he was extremely helpful and I feel like he goes above and beyond for his customers. HOWEVER, the rest of my experiences at this dealership were not ideal. After my car got stolen, I went there to personally have my warranty canceled since I hadn't used it and I could still get a full refund. I spent so much time! I even went back a second day. The finance person NEVER did actually cancel this warranty! I looked up how to do it myself, and found out that finance people get a cut for every warranty sold! I went through HondaCare myself, explained the situation to them, so they canceled my warranty themselves. Also, the sales manager (I forgot his name), was extremely rude and abrupt. I did not feel like a respected customer while dealing with him. He also MISLED me into thinking I was buying a certified pre-owned Honda from a Honda dealership, but when I walked out and asked for a SECOND key, I learned that there's no 2nd key because it wasn't a certified pre-owned Honda??? Lastly, while dealing with this sales manager, he showed me the base number for the car, and we agreed to lower it a bit. He showed me a breakdown of the costs on paper, with a lower price. HOWEVER, I was so stupid not to check the final number before signing - they had me waiting for the WHOLE day, and I was so tired, I just wanted to get out of there. THE NUMBER ON THE FINAL PAPER THAT I SIGNED WITH FINANCE WAS NOT THE SAME AS WE AGREED ON THE PAPER THE SALES MANAGER SHOWED ME. Imagine how much I felt conned when I found out - after my car got stolen, since I had to go through every single paperwork for that car. So if you still come here, LOOK FOR KEITH. HE WILL HELP YOU. AVOID THE SALES MANAGER AT ALL COSTS. HE IS NOT ONLY RUDE, BUT CONS YOU. Also, be wary of extra things that the finance person offers. He wants you to get them because he gets a cut! More
