Not only her professionalism, her best expertise listen of what I need and her honesty in the beginnig when I met her but her courtesy follow up phone call to ask me if I was happy with my new Honda CRV which so far I LOVE IT!!!!!!!! :-) I would recommend the dealership Honda of Bowie for their professional service and their staff specially Lauren Henh to help me in the purchased of my first brand new 2011 Honda CRV... He did not try to push anything on me or convince me to go outside of my price range. All details of the car I selected were gone over, including under the hood aspects. The test drive was informative and I felt rather comfortable and familiar with the interior after having Mr. Wilson explain the details of the dash which are becoming more and more complex. Mr. Wilson was also kind enough to follow me home in my old car as I had come to the dealership alone. Even after having made the sale, Mr. Wilson continued to talk about details of the car (handling aspects, etc.) which he felt made the car a smart buy. Patrick of Finance Dept was very thorough in his explanation of all costs on the invoice sheet; made me aware of all the extras which I could purchase, but was not in any way, forceful in his approach and made it clear that I didn't have to take any of the extras, but was willing to discuss which ever options I chose to pursue, if any. He, too, displayed a welcome knowledge about the cars his company sells and both men were very pleasant and undistracted while working with me. Honda of Bowie, on the whole, has continuously been a pleasure to deal with. The service dept personnel are always top notch and I wouldn't have anyone else service my cars but them. Honda is a quality brand and I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. More

Once we picked the car we wanted, the process was quick and painless. They matched my best offer on the new car and our trade-in was valued at what we had expected. The Dealership: Very nice inside, great waiting area with free water, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Everyone we talked to was very friendly and accommodating. There might be cheaper service available, but I feel that paying the extra price is worth having all my records with the dealer,and the service people I worked with were very knowledgeable. I, of course, would always like a cheaper price which is why the 4; but, in all honesty, I was satisfied. More

The service was great. I went over on my lunch to look at a CR-V I found online. Nick took the time to go over the features and major points of the vehicle while respecting my time constraints.
