Having just had a terrible experience with Honda of Annapolis, Honda of Bowie basically did all they could to win my business. Sarah, a very engaging Sales Rep., put in the work, spent time with me, remained calm and affable in the face of my persistent haggling and questioning, and yes (Sarah, if you're reading this), ended up being right about how happy I ended up being with the color she helped me choose. Although they did try to negotiate the price back up, they never became pushy, even when trying to sell me extended warranties and the like. I felt like they respected the research I came in with, and didn't try to waste my time convincing me otherwise. Aside from her, the dealership itself is clean for a place that busy, full of helpful people, and has a service department with free coffee, snacks and wifi. Other perks include their free anytime carwash for customers, vacuuming, and oil changes (if you can negotiate them). The service department was busy that day, but no one seemed to be waiting long or uncomfortable. More
I first went to the Honda Dealership in Waldorf, MD. I felt like the sales associate wasn't listening to what I was looking for. I told him I wanted used and he tried to put me in a brand new car. I decided I wouldn't buy from them so I went to Honda of Bowie. Travis listened to what I wanted in a car. Didn't try to sell me something more expensive was respectful and honest. I got a good deal, the paperwork was quick, and there were no shady tactics. No bait and switch, they didn't force options down my throat, and I didn't catch anybody deceiving me at an point. More
