I bought my first car in this dealership and had a very nice experience. My salesman Patrick was very accomodating. He would work with you so that you will have the best deal. So when it was time for my husband to buy his first car, I took him to Honda of Bowie and as usual worked with our favorite salesman Patrick. The finance department is also very helpful, they will make sure you get the best financing option. Overall Honda of Bowie had been a place of guaranteed customer satisfaction for me and my family...from car buying, to parts and service needs...everyone is just so friendly and accomodating. More
First off, Daniel went out of his way to obtain the exact color of vehicle that I wanted, then to only discover that the web-site had the wrong color name on it's template! The color of the vehcile I wanted was sitting on the lot. There was some miscommunication between myself & Daniel prior to me getting to the dealership which invloved quoted pricing. That was almost a deal breaker for me. I would suggest that if prices are quoted, to ensure the buyer completely understands and that the correct terminology is used. I would recommend Honda of Bowie over my local Honda dealership any day! Thank you. More

I was in the market for a new Honda CRV and did a bunch of research online, evaluated quotes and ultimately visited several area dealerships. Honda of Bowie was the best by far. Nick Cutlip was extremely prompt and responsive to my emails and had answers to every question I had. He was very knowledgeable about their vehicles and didn't waste my time. When it was finally time for me to purchase the vehicle, Nick took me through the process and got me out on the road in just over an hour--very quick. The best part was that the vehicle was washed and had the extras I ordered installed and ready to go. He explained how everything on the car worked and made the entire experience an enjoyable one. Before I left the dealership that day I spoke with the Finance guy named Jim Woody. As keeping in line with the great experiences I had thus far, Jim was no different. He made sure that I understood all of the details of the finance contract I was signing and did it all with an easygoing way. All in all, my overall experience at Honda of Bowie was more than what I expected. I would definitely recommend them for any person looking to secure another vehicle. The atmosphere there is conducive to making sure that you a great experience, as long as driving away in a high-quality vehicle. More
Having been to, or corresponded with, several Honda dealerships, I kept coming back to Honda of Bowie and, in particular, Daniel Kim. Daniel was professional, knowledgeable, and sincere. These are char dealerships, I kept coming back to Honda of Bowie and, in particular, Daniel Kim. Daniel was professional, knowledgeable, and sincere. These are characteristics I look for in a salesperson when buying anything, but especially a car. Because there was a delay in getting the vehicle I wanted (due to the natural disaster in Japan), Daniel kept me up to date on the situation. He was terrific. He worked with me on the incentives offered as well as from which dealership he might be able to get a vehicle matching my choice. Finally, when it seemed apparent that the car I wanted wasn't going to move off the production line fast enough, Daniel located a matching vehicle for me. In less than a day, Daniel had gotten the car, had the stripes taken off, had everything cleaned, and had all the paperwork prepared. When I arrived after 7:30 PM that evening, the only thing left to de was the trade-in. That, too, was handled in a most professional manner. I want Honda of Bowie, as well as Honda of the United States, to know what an outstanding employee they have in Daniel Kim. The best way for me to explain it is that I bought my car from Daniel Kim, not Honda of Bowie. It was Daniel Kim who took all my calls, answered all my questions, and treated me professionally and courteously. YOur company and the Bowir dealership are lucky to have such a fine employee. More
