Took car in for an estimate on fixing air conditioner....price was too high so we said to do nothing......they charged us $100 for the estimate. Before going to the Honda of Bowie, I found the Nissan 350z located there online at kelly blue book and cars.com. I called and was transferred to Lionel Wilson who was kind enough to check if the car was 350z located there online at kelly blue book and cars.com. He then set up an appointment time that was convenient for me to come look it over and test drive the car. While i was test driving it he was telling me helpful information about the car to make it easy for me to get used to. It was a great experience driving it and i wanted to take it home that night. There is no doubt that I will be referring friends and family to visit the Honda of Bowie. Lionel Wilson was a great help to getting me in the driver seat and I have never been happier. More
I leased a 2009 Honda Odyssey in June of 2009 from David Song. This was one of those low payment lease deals that you see in the paper but when you get to the dealership the vehicle is gone.Not so at Honda Song. This was one of those low payment lease deals that you see in the paper but when you get to the dealership the vehicle is gone.Not so at Honda of Bowie, not only was the deal available but I was able to choose the color I wanted as well. I've continue maintaining my van here even though it's 20 miles from my home because of the fast service and friendly people. Next year when my lease is up I will again look to Honda of Bowie for my next car. More
I recently purchased a 2012 Honda Civc from Honda of Bowie. The first time I visited the dealership, I worked with Patrick Kiger and Elliott Bourne. At that time, there were no 2012 Civics to test dri Bowie. The first time I visited the dealership, I worked with Patrick Kiger and Elliott Bourne. At that time, there were no 2012 Civics to test drive because of the shortage in production of them. I gave Patrick and Elliott a description of what I wanted. One of my requirements was that the car must have manual transmission. Patrick took down my contact information and told me he would call when a car was available. Soon after that visit, Patrick called and invited me to test drive a car that was like the car I wanted, but with an automatic transmission. I came in for a test drive, and worked with Elliott, who answered all my questions about the car. I still had my heart set on a manual transmission, and with Elliott's help, I put money down to secure the exact car I wanted. It took about a month and a half for my car to come in. During that time, Patrick called me regularly with updates about the car and the exact day that it would be at the dealership. On the day of my purchase, I worked with Patrick and Elliott and made a deal that I was happy with. I give my experience with Patrick and Elliott the highest possible rating. They were both extremely attentive, wonderful to work with, and they went out of their way to make sure I had the exact car that I wanted. In particular, Patrick's regular updates were always welcome and greatly appreciated. I look forward to seeing and working with them as I continue to enjoy my new Honda! FIVE stars all the way! I bought my first car from this dealership in 2009 with Mr. Bourne. He gave me the best price for a Honda CRV and had no problems driving it. This year I went back to the dealership to have my CRV traded for a Honda Pilot that I've always wanted since the new design came out. I know getting a new car means spending more time in the dealership but it was worth the wait. Mr. Kim walked me through all the fancy stuff of the new Honda Pilot. Took it for a test drive, my son and I were sold! Mr. Bourne and Mr. Kim gave me a great deal for my old car that helped a lot with purchasing a new one. They are very courteous, helpful and patient people. I know that for a fact since I've been in touch with my dealer since the very first time I got my CRV. If you call and leave them a message, they will definitely get back to you ASAP. If you have any problems with the car or your account, Mr.Bourne and Mr. Kim will be there to help you out. If I ever decide to get another car, I will definitely go back to Bowie Honda. Not only do I appreciate the people who work there but we get discounts too! Thank you again for working with me. More
My experience with Honda of Bowie far exceeded expectations. As most people do, I hate buying a new car. I started of first with Brown's Honda in Glen Burnie (DEFINITELY do not recommend dealing expectations. As most people do, I hate buying a new car. I started of first with Brown's Honda in Glen Burnie (DEFINITELY do not recommend dealing with them), but the moment I walked into Honda of Bowie, Ifiok was awesome to deal with as a salesman. There were no haggling games being played, he took my word for what I was saying and the same goes for David Song, the sales manager. You expect car salesman and managers to be friendly, they were definitely friendly, but beyond that, they were upfront, no haggling and respected me as a customer. I purchased a new Pilot and Ifiok went over the vehicle with great detail, knew the car inside and out. I would recommend to anyone to just go straight to Honda of Bowie and ask for Ifiok! More
