As for this experience, I contacted the dealership via e-mail as I now live about 100 miles from there and had a response from 2 employees within a few hours. When I called back, Allen Weber was friendly and informative, informing me of the information I needed and discussing my needs and budget. I went the next day and as promised, Allen helped me to choose a car that suited my needs and budget. No high pressure sales here! Allen answered all of my questions over the phone and sent additional pictures via email before my husband and I went for a test drive.
