Mr. Lavin is always very friendly and knowledgable when I go to Honda of Bowie for service. He always take care of my service issue, and points other other service areas which should be reviewed. Honda of Bowie is the only place I will bring my car. Stan and Bill are fantastic and always do amazing work. Everyone that works there is friendly and extremely genuine. Over the past 15 years I have driven Honda vehicles and had them serviced at a variety of Honda Dealerships within the state. Our current Honda pilot was due for major routine service and after speaking wi had them serviced at a variety of Honda Dealerships within the state. Our current Honda pilot was due for major routine service and after speaking with other Honda owners for service reccommendations, I was immediately encouraged to take my vehicle to Honda of Bowie. After being introduced to the service Manager, Bill Lavin, it was easy to see why. Bill and his staff provided a thorough and comprehensive inspection of my vehicle while providing me with exceptional customer service. I am confident in the level of service and expertise Honda of Bowie offers to each and every customer. Thank you Bill and his team for your excellence. More
Typically I don't keep up on the service on my vehicles and when I bought my Accord I knew I was going to pass it down to my daughter and I had to keep it in good condition. I told that to the salesman and and when I bought my Accord I knew I was going to pass it down to my daughter and I had to keep it in good condition. I told that to the salesman and when he gave me a tour of the dealership we stopped in the service department he told that to Mr. Lavin the service manager. Mr Lavin introduced me to Stan and a few months later I ran into Stan at the gym and I was amazed that he remembered me and asked if it was time for an oil change? I told him I guess? Then we walked to my car and reinforced what they showed when when I bought it simply push a button and it will tell you. I gave him my number and he called me the next day to make an appointment for an oil change. From that point forward I made it my mission to call Stan at Honda of Bowie to regularly service my Accord. Mr. Lavin you have trained your staff to have top notch service and to go above and beyond. I have told everyone in my circle about your department and highly recommend Honda Of Bowie. More

I chose Honda Of Bowie as they came in with the lowest price on the internet.R T Yancey was very easy to talk to and knew his car.As i live 68 miles from Bowie i wanted a one trip to Dealership RT found t price on the internet.R T Yancey was very easy to talk to and knew his car.As i live 68 miles from Bowie i wanted a one trip to Dealership RT found the CRV AWD Opal Sage And had splash guards and side molding instaled.My Plates were mailed to me with locking wheel nuts.Thanks RT for geting the job done James C More
Service advisor said PAXTires could not be plugged and replacement was necessary. This turned out to be misleading. Bowie will not plug but it's possible. Other Honda dealers do so and Michelin says it is possible. Based on Bowie's bad/erroneous/misleading comments I purchased a new tire. Upon learning they were wrong, I complained about being out $300. I felt cheated. Their service manager insisted they had only said THEY would not plug. I know I was told it couldn't be done. I spoke to the general manager who then failed to return my calls twice. Eventually, the service manager called to offer a $100 STORE CREDIT. Funny, I didn't pay with store credit. It's not acceptable. More
I was very pleased with the customer service, personal attention, and cordial and friendly attitude of every one of the Honda of Bowie staff. I was particularly happy with my salesperson, Kevin Kreamer, attention, and cordial and friendly attitude of every one of the Honda of Bowie staff. I was particularly happy with my salesperson, Kevin Kreamer, who handled the transaction with a comfortable, yet professional demeanor. I think it would be accurate to say that Kevin knows how to present a hard sell in a friendly and soft way. Aside from sales, I interacted with managerial, financial, parts, and service staff. I have nothing but kudos; everyone was pleasant, positive, and helpful. Over the last 50 years, I estimate that I purchased at least 15 new cars -- this was my most favorable experience.
