My experience was unbelievable and the best ever! Lionel and Elliott remembered me from 2 Hondas ago. I initially went in to browse and consider trading for a used Honda with less miles. But they convinced me that a brand new car was the best way to go and that they could get me a low payment with my trade in and not so good credit. To my surprise they made it happen...brand new Honda Accord and a low and affordable car payment. I am still in awe five days later. I consider myself a part of the Honda family now and can't see myself purchasing any other vehicle. Great quality, low maintenance, dependable, and stylish!! Oh and I can't forget the quick and professional customer service and process...in and out in no time at all once they gave me my trade in value amount. Lionel filled me up with gas and I've been driving ever since!! Honda of Bowie...you're the best!!! More

When I took my car in for service I took it in for just a oil change, tire rotation, and to have my breaks checked, in return they did service on the car that I did not even approve and charged $500 for it, oil change, tire rotation, and to have my breaks checked, in return they did service on the car that I did not even approve and charged $500 for it, when I questioned them about the work done they had not even done, the service manager/advisor said they didnt even do they work that was on my paperwork, ok so then what was the charge for! I didnt even get my breaks done, so since when does an oil change and a tire rotation cost $500. I was previously happy with the service i receieved there after I also purchasing my car from Honda of Bowie. But now that they did work I did not approve and then said that work was not even done, and was given an attitude when I questioned it I will not be returning. Oh and also I just had to be going through my mileage and came across my oil life and they hadnt even reset that back to 100% just another inconvience. More
I'd heard good things about Honda of Bowie from a relative, and after looking them up, I was astonished to find such good reviews. A pressure-free car dealership with friendly and warm attitudes? But Honda of Bowie went above and beyond to make me a believer. Allen Weber spent at least four hours with me on my initial visit, and explained every little difference between my cars of choice. He was patient, friendly, and best of all, knew what he was talking about. He made it clear that he appreciated my business, but by no means wanted me to feel any pressure to make a purchase. David Song, the New Sales Manager stepped up to greet me and ask if I found everything I needed during the visit, and it was reassuring to know that the dealership goes the extra mile to make their customers feel welcomed. A few days later, I'm back, and Allen works big time to get me the price I want. I literally send him back and forth into the office until we can agree on a price, and I'm amazed to find him still as chipper as the first time I shook his hand. At this point, he's not just dealing with me, but my mini-entourage of a dad and boyfriend, and he manages to addresses every single person's input. We then move on to Patrick McCloskey to work on the financial part of the deal, and Patrick's humor and warmth makes this portion of the transaction go by as quick and painless as possible. He thoroughly explains everything, throwing in some personal experience to help me gain perspective. I love Honda of Bowie! I'll be back to purchase every other Honda vehicle for the household from here on out. More
My experience with Honda of Bowie has been, for the sake of words, appalling! They sold me a lemon without blinking twice. When I asked for a 20% discount from the service department to help defray the cost, they offered me 10% and told me they didn’t have to give me that. The Service Manager Bill Lavin was very rude, arrogant and belligerent with me and my daughter. For him to be a manager, you would think that customer service would be forefront on his agenda, but I guess not. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, not even my worst enemy! More
I had an unbelievably positive experience at Honda of Bowie last week. I love Honda Civics and mine was over 222,000 miles so I knew I needed another car. Prior to coming to Honda of Bowie, I had tested more than 10 used civics and Corollas and Fits, mostly from owner-sellers but decided to try dealers. Bowie of Honda was the second Honda dealer I visited and I was totally impressed. RT Yancey was the Sales Consultant and he was excellent. I had a brief phone call with him prior to coming. He first sat down with me and listened to my preferences and described some options that were on the lot and seemed very honest and patient. I did not want to be pressured but was interested in finding a car and wasn't sure if a Civic or Fit would be the best option. I test drove numerous cars and RT suggested I try my favorite again and even encouraged me to take it out on my own which helped me confirm my decision. My husband joined me later the same evening and we ended up buying the car the same day just hours after I test drove it... a 2010 Honda Civic that was in fantastic condition and at a great price with an exceptional waranty. The price was better than we had seen anywhere else. We made our decision just minutes before closing so the transaction kept more than a few of the staff past their time to go home, but the entire staff was cordial and efficient and professional. I've purchased multiple cars over the years given I'm nearing 50 years old. I would honestly say this is the first 100% positive experience I've had at any dealership -- mostly due to sales associate RT Yancy since most of my time was spent with him. <EN KILNER>. More
I love The servive department at Honda of Bowie. I wouldn't take my 2002 Honda Accord or my 2004 Honda Pilot anywhere else for service.
