Allen Weber was excellent in helping us to find the van we wanted. His patients was unending and we couldn't have asked for better guidance. Both offered a high level of service, understanding of my priorities as a customer and did this in a professional and friendly manner. I learned some things about the Honda CR-V that were not explained to me during my original vehicle purchase such as use of the Valet Key. Over the years, I have purchased many cars and am hard pressed to recall an experience that meet my expectations for an affordable and hassle free experience as was the case at Honda of Bowie. This is my second Honda CR-V and I am planning to make Honda and your dealership my first choice for future purchases. I will pass the word onto family and friends as well. My salesman (Allen Weber) further impressed me, after the sale was finalized, by ensuring that I was familiar with all the controls and features of my new ride. Mr. Weber also synced my phone for me. I bought a Ford Explorer from Sheehy Ford of Marlow Heights four years earlier and remember the saleswoman telling me of the features truck had to make the sale, but not delivering the level of customer service Mr. Weber did. Mr. Weber also called me a day or two after my purchase to see if I had any concerns and welcomed me to call him should any arrive. Great customer service! More
