Just wanted to write a quick note about my recent buying experience with Travis at Honda of Bowie. I'm a salesperson myeslf and have very high standards. Dealing with Travis was a pleasure. I stopped by the dealership on my way home from work on a Friday evening, in order to see the CR-V in person. I was in need of a vehicle, and had planned on spending the next day visiting several locations Friday evening, in order to see the CR-V in person. I was in need of a vehicle, and had planned on spending the next day visiting several locations in the area. I was promptly greeted by a very affable gentleman(Ifiok Umoh) who asked me what my needs were. When we could not find a used vehicle meeting my specifications on the lot, he offered to take my name & number in case one would come in. Once at his desk, however, he went a step further. He began a web search and discovered a vehicle to my liking that was actually at their location. We looked at the vehicle history. Then he found the keys and brought it around. After going over all of the features, we took it for a test drive. While I was very happy with what I heard and saw, the price was over my budget. I had intended on heading home, with a nod of thanks to Ifiok for his time. After all, there were many more cars for me to look at(or so I thought). Ifiok believed he had the car for me, and that there was no need to spend my Saturday running from dealer to dealer. To prove his point, we sat down and looked at similar CR-Vs within a 30 mile radius. To my surprise, there were very few that met my specifications. So the only thing holding me back now was the price. Ifiok was able to get the selling price where I needed it to be. And although I still needed to return the following day with payment, he offered to follow me home to deliver the car. I found this gesture to be above and beyond the service I had expected when purchasing a used vehicle. I declined the offer, but Ifiok was waiting for me the next day when I returned and once again went over some of the features before I drove away. I found the entire experience exceeded my expectations, and Ifiok was very friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. I have already informed others of my positive experience, and will recommend both Ifiok and the delearship. More

He is very professional looking, speaking pleasantly in a low key manner and in completing a sale. He went out of his way to find what I wanted (Civic Coupe), to arrange a fair price and explain the workings of the dash to an older mind. Mr. Page is very pleasant also and got the paper work done easily (and with humor) so that I could drive off the lot that day in my new car! My wife and I ended up at Honda of Bowie after some near misses trying to locate a decent used Honda Insight. We were shopping primarily on price and also liked the idea of a certified used car, since we had a limited budget because of the surprise nature of our purchase . Travis Jenkins was our sales rep and he was assisted by Alan and R T. The first night I was able to make it for a test drive Travis was finished with his day, but he made arrangements with Alan to cover for him. When I arrived, Alan was out with a customer, so I ended up taking a drive with R T. R T was a very knowledgeable associate. I am not sure if he is a fill time salesman, but he was helpful none the less. I didn't commit to a car that night since my wife had to drive the car. We returned the next day with a small window of time. We called en route and Travis was going to be available and he pulled a car out of the showroom for us to try. After a decent test drive we settled on an Insight that my wife liked. Travis worked the numbers with his manager and we came to an agreement on price. All in all it was a pleasant experience. More

This is the third time in a row that I have purchased a new car from Honda of Bowie and each experience has been extradinary. My most recent purchase was made May 2012 of a 2012 Honda Accord. I must say from the first phone call I made to Allen letting him know I was ready to buy, he ensured that not only he but his team members Elliot and Kevin would take care of me. They all made me feel like a valued customer from the first phone call to even today June 2012 giving me calls back to thank me for my purchase and make sure I am satisfied with my new car. Even though I'm sure they receive alot of customers, Honda of Bowie is definitely a dealership that makes me feel they are more concerned with quality of customer care than quantity of sales. Not only would I recommend this dealership to people I know, I will be back in the future for a 20?? Accord or Pilot :+) More

They got me better financing than I expected and a brand new car.Everyone in the dealership greets you, which really makes you feel your business is truly appreciated. It was very busy when I bought my car 5/26/12 but Kevin did not rush you at all. He sat me down and explained everything to me and told me if I had any questions when I got home to not hesitate to call him directly. Now, over to financing and Davaughn,He made this part go so smoothly and he's a very pleasant person.I like to joke alittle and both of these men have a great sense of humor.
