I haven't had a car payment or bought a car from a dealership in well over 10 years so I fully expected to haggle back and forth with expectations. I didn't reveal my expectations with car payment, amount that I could spend, nor that I had prior financing approval. I was truly just shopping around. Ultimately, I ended up in a vehicle because everything was aligned and it was the perfect deal. The dealership had no way of knowing any of this which supports the excellent rating I provided. They were very personable, friendly, knowledgeable about the product I purchased and went well above my expectations to be sure I was comfortable with the terms of the purchase I was making. Yancey who had recently assisted my parents in the purchasing of a Honda Odyssey was quick to respond to my inquiries about a new Civic and worked to help me get a great deal trade price for my 2003 Civic. R.T. and the rest of the Honda team were straight forward, thorough, and went all out to make the purchasing of my new Civic a great experience.
