I came to Honda of Bowie to look at a used car because I was ready to get out of the car I was in but, I left with a new car (2013 Honda Accord). The people at this dealership are very friendly and definite was ready to get out of the car I was in but, I left with a new car (2013 Honda Accord). The people at this dealership are very friendly and definitely interested in the best interest of their customers. My salesperson was Ifiok Umoh and he surpassed my expectations of a salesperson. He had answers for all my questions and allowed me to make the decisions that were best for me and was never pushy. He realized that as a past Honda purchaser that he only needed to give me the updated information and safety features on the newer vehicles (which I definitely appreciated). He went over all the paperwork in detail. I would recommend him and this dealership to anyone looking for a car (new or used) and I will come back to this dealership and this salesperson for my next purchase. More

This was the worst dealership I have ever brought a vechicle from. They stated they will give you a 30 day warranty and I had a issue when I left the dealership. I Brougth the vechicle back several tim vechicle from. They stated they will give you a 30 day warranty and I had a issue when I left the dealership. I Brougth the vechicle back several times aleast 6 and they were unable to fix my vechicle. They also tried to offer me another warranty but I had to pay out the packet and at the same time they were unable to fix the vechicle while it was under warranty "MAKE ANY SENSE". The problem is still active this dealership is the worst. After getting your money they really show that you was just a number and not a customer. NEVER AGAIN !!!! More
