She was very friendly and walked us through the whole process which included a test drive of the car we eventually selected. I was disappointed with the value of the car we were trading in, but went with the deal anyway. I spent about four hours at the dealer. The first 1.5-2 hours were productive, meeting with financing, etc. After that, I was told the car would be there in no more than an hour. It took just over two hours. The manager and Stephanie were both very apologetic. More

I was speechless! I've been looking for a 2010 Honda Odyssey Touring model for a year and checked with Honda of Bowie frequently to see if they had any. This time they did and its what I wanted. This was the best vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had. It was great that all the leg work was done for me prior to my arrival to the dealership.
