2014 Honda Insight I traded in my 2010 Honda Insight for a 2014 version of the same model. I have been very pleased with this hybrid model. Poor Customer Service I'm not one to usually write reviews, but my car buying experience with Honda of Bowie was very disappointing. I had issues with my certified used ve I'm not one to usually write reviews, but my car buying experience with Honda of Bowie was very disappointing. I had issues with my certified used vehicle within two days of purchasing it. To make matters worse, the dealership was not helpful at all in resolving these issues and will not even return my phone calls. They use deceptive sales practices and offer very poor customer service. I'm really upset that I chose to purchase from this dealership. More
Outstanding Professionalism I don't know where to start my praises for Elliott Bourne and Enuma Nzesi, these guys are the greatest. I've bought five cars from Honda of Bowie, all I don't know where to start my praises for Elliott Bourne and Enuma Nzesi, these guys are the greatest. I've bought five cars from Honda of Bowie, all through Elliott. He always has the answers to my questions, he is a born salesman. His calm manner is great when I'm frustrated. His knowledge of Honda vehicles and his remarkable problem-solving abilities are rare indeed. I feel like family when I visit. Even when I'm there for service I look for Elliott just to say hello. I would also like to commend Enuma for the way he handled our problem yesterday. He was courteous and friendly as he made half a dozen or more telephone calls to keep me updated on the status of my son's vehicle, never giving up until he had our problem resolved. The professionalism in Elliott and Enuma is rare nowadays. Both of them are an asset to your organization. If the quality of Honda's employees are an indication of future success, then Honda of Bowie has a very bright future. I am and always will be a Honda Girl! Great buying experience - still great almost 4 years later! I bought my CRV from Ifiok in 2011. He was extremely helpful and friendly, showing me all the features of the car and reviewing them before I drove a I bought my CRV from Ifiok in 2011. I was in a rental from Hyattsville and Ifiok drove there with me to drop off the rental - way beyond the call of duty, in my opinion. When I'm there for service, he always says hello if he passes by, and still calls or texts to wish me a happy birthday each year! This is a salesman who really takes his position and relationship with his customers seriously. I will definitely buy my next Honda from him (if he's still there when I need a new one, which I imagine will be some years from now)! P.S. Good service department, too! More
Ripped off again Took my 2007 Honda accord in for service. Engine light was on. Told cost would be over $2000.00. Have always kept up with maintenance. Total was $683.00. While waiting for car to get fixed salesman Billy Ray Robinson came in service area and starting talking to me and another customer. Both of us stated brought cars for Honda of Bowie in 2007 and had bad experiences. They told me they was giving me some package for free and was changed for it. They didn't make good on it. Was told by Billy Ray that they were under new management and if would just talk to him he would make sure this would be a good experience. Went through process decided to give them another chance. Was told to pay for fixing my car and the money would be given back to me or applied toward new car. Decided to put toward new car. Found out it wasn't on my paper work. Spoke to Mr.Smalls who claim remember the deal. Would echeck paper work. Finally told me just needed to confirm deal with Billy Ray. Then was told my check would be ready on Monday. I stop in on Thursday. Was told check would ready on monday on that Saturday. Due to weather didn't go on Monday. Tuesday Mr. Smalls called and told he had to look over the deal. I assumed he already did. Now he states my money was included in the 3000.00 he reduced the car by. Which isn't on my paperwork. I wasn't given a copy of that paperwork which he state I signed. Which wasn't true everything I signed the financial person gave me. But that one sheet.. Really and you didn't see that would you look at the deal when I first came and spoke to him. He told me then he was going to check the deal and when he returned from checking the deal he advised he just needed to confirm the conversation,and the information about what was discussed with the salesman. He is also the one that worked the deal with Billy Ray when I purchase the car. Came back with check will be ready on Monday Now wants me to believe my money is hidden within some $3000 that isn't on my paper. They never applied my money. Will never purchase another car. Buyers beware. If you are looking for a honest and fair dealership. Honda of Bowie isn't the one. Also while getting tags put on the tech laid tags on truck and scratched truck. Also you are the one that has to keep calling to get issues resolved. More
