I purchased a vehicle from this dealership, assuming it was ready for sale since it was on the lot. However, they sold me the car without completing the required Maryland state inspection. This created a potentially dangerous situation and caused significant inconvenience to my life. While I was on vacation, I received calls requesting that I bring the car back for inspection. This disrupted my personal time, and I had to take time off work to resolve the issue—something that should not have happened in the first place. The staff showed little to no remorse for their serious oversight, treating the matter casually and brushing it off as unimportant. To make matters worse, they have a hidden optional fee for a sales commission, so be cautious when purchasing from them—they may try to sneak extra charges. I strongly advise against financing through them as well. My experience was incredibly stressful and took away all the excitement of buying a new car. After working so hard to purchase a vehicle, this situation caused me immense anxiety and disappointment. The dealership’s lack of accountability and professionalism left a lasting negative impression. I cannot recommend this place to anyone. More

Just a typical leach adding nearly $7,000 to the cost of the car. Some $3,000 for yearly detailing, no thanks. A commission fee, while I didn't deal with a single sales person, and more fluff in "processing the car. Some $3,000 for yearly detailing, no thanks. I don't deal dealers who look to take advantage of the consumer, especially admist outrageous inflation aand the worst economy in years. Go overcharge someone else. More

Make sure to get written quotes. Kenny gave me a verbal quote of 2300 dollars for a repair, 1900 dollar part, 400 labor. Went to pick it up, lo and behold, an extra 600 bucks in labor magically tacked on. "Well that's what I wrote down here." Cool, man, I can write down whatever while I talk on the phone too. Total clown show. Absolutely my fault for not getting a written quote, but total dishonesty. Insist on one by e-mail, because i dropped it off for diagnosis, and got the quote by phone almost a week later. Couple this with being told to bring the car in on a friday, and then when we get there "i cant even diagnose this for a week, why would you bring it in." Well, because you told us we could bring it in that day only 45 minutes earlier. When I called just today for an update on the repair with promise it would be done this afternoon, my call was mysteriously dropped after being transferred by the kind receptionist not once, but twice. Would not recommend getting anything service here without getting it in writing. Straight thievery and terrible service. I can't speak to their sales department, and their receptionist was lovely. Their service department is a disheveled bag of hammered booty hole. A festering, putrid blister on the hiney of the otherwise noble profession of automobile repair. I would not reccomend this place in regards to their service department. In 20 years of car ownership, I have never experienced anything like this. More

I hate to write a review , but when it comes to a point that the service is below average then I have to aware people so they don't be fooled. They messed up my papers. They are the worst dealership I ever bought off of. They have no clue what they are doing. They messed my deal up so bad. I had the pleasure of working with Cole Lucia for the purchase of my used 2020 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Cole was professional and provided me with additional information about the jeep. I was a little sk purchase of my used 2020 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Cole was professional and provided me with additional information about the jeep. I was a little skeptical about downgrading to a V4 engine but he assured me that the turbo engine in this Jeep would not display much difference from the V6 that I had in my vehicle. Cole always responded to my text messages and calls and he really made me feel like this was a friend helping another friend out to purchase a car, I did not feel like I was getting taken advantage of or that this was just about making a deal. I want to say that everyone who works at DARCARS from the receptionist, to the dealers to the individuals who take care of the vehicles. This is by far the best car buying experience I have done. Thank you Cole, and thank you, everyone, at DARCARS in Walford, MD for providing me with my dream vehicle. We will definitely be back for future purchases. More
