Very very low customer services Larry was my sales agent at the first he lied to he said if I give you the car for the price you says will you buy it I said ofcours but he couldn’t a Larry was my sales agent at the first he lied to he said if I give you the car for the price you says will you buy it I said ofcours but he couldn’t and he came back with manager Justin and they started to increase the prices I gave them after all talking they send me to finance guy his name was ako without good explanation of finance or car warranty he asked me sign this and this the point is he got my sign first and then he talked little bet not explained well it was supposed to give me $5000 dollars rebate according my discussions with Larry but finance guy give me $4500 dollars he it’s because your finance interests is 5% if you want 5000 rebate then you should pay higher interest it doesn’t make sense for me the rebate is giving by Jeep the finance is from the bank so I think they did some kind of wrong to me because it was my first time financing car. After three weeks the car started making noise at the front so I made appointment with Jeep dealerships but different locations and they fixed it it was suspension bad brand new car because I had worst customer service experiences I am never going to make a deal with them I hate to go back that dealership. More
